@@Tyler-es It is SUPER .. for a Super Baja Rey. Its a monster, but not TOO Lage.. the Losi 5T feels too large.. the UDR feels too small. . this feels about right

I got pissed, my neighbor called my XMAXX a "effin toy" as he had the need to share with me his thoughts on a 40 year old out having fun with his "Hobby Grade" RC. That effected me and I left the 8 S Maxx on the bench for just about a year. One day last week I woke and thought damn it is such a nice day what can I do with it. Yup, I busted out the Maxx and was instantly having fun. Do not do what I did people. If you have someone judging you for doing something you enjoy flippem the bird and carry on. TY for having me in this awesome community even if I only post on the rare occasions.

Dave Ramsey, “don’t worry about impressing people you don’t know and will never meet and don’t care about you.” Only, backwards, kind of, in a round about way.... that quote made much more sense in my head...... 🤔
Anyways, I’m having a blast with my UDR, blue body, lights. Just blew the 2 3s lipos, talked to traxxas, mailed them in, they sent me 2 brand new ones. Absolutely awesome. Love me some traxxas!!! (It was still in the year)

The new UDRs come with light bars, just like the Losi. It seems, from the videos I’ve seen, the Losi is a bit more stable. Though I love my UDR. Thanks for another great video.
Did the udr bottom out pretty easy or did it take pretty well? Looking for one myself

Just got a UDR and two 3s Lipo batteries and man is it fast

Hey Medic! That new Losi is a Beast and ran great! I picked up the UDR Fox body model and light kit from a private party that didn't want it for a great price and fell in love with it! Bought some upgraded bling for as needed for it and run the crap out of it and no issues with it knock on wood!🤔😉😎 Great video comparing them!

This is why I chose the UDR, for the size. Those Losi trucks are awesome and very large, the UDR fit my needs with regards to total vehicle size.

While your udr did not come with light bars, the new ones most definitely do come with the light kit installed now.

I’d love to have the losi one if I could afford it, but COVID has everything all screwed up.
I had the origional sbr and a udr. For bashing, the sbr was far and beyond better than the udr. For scale driving, the udr was better than the sbr. For the price, the sbr is the better buy imo

I LOVE Traxxas...(my first hobby grade was a Traxxas Sledgehammer). But I have to admit that Losi came out swinging with the Super Baja Rey! It is lacking in the “RcSparks decal” category when compared to the UDR though!

I guess the reason I like the large scales is because they are easier for me to work on since my motorcycle accident broken neck and brain injury small parts and dexterity seem to be a problem for me right now lol 😝

I would like to have either of them in my collection. I don't do a lot of bashing only because I can't afford the repair bills but if I had to pick one I would probably take the Traxxas solely for size reasons it would be easier for me to store it.

Those are two nice looking trucks. I totally agree, better is very subjective. All things being equal a given person may be able to drive one of the trucks or whatever better than the other so for them that can make whichever one better.

I bought the slash 4x4 lcg years ago and ever since have been trying to make it look like a stock baja 1000 truck. Then the Traxxas UDR came out. Probably would have bought it instead in hindsight. Guess I'll just have to have both :P

The losi looks good but nearly all my udr replacement parts are not traxxas. I got way too much invested in my udr to buy another rc...name of the game i guess great vid thumbs up as always
