i tested and showed best settings to achieve 60 fps in RDR 1 on pc using ryujinx emulator.

The same as in video . Maybe a little less because of cpu but it should completely playable

Night get a little frame drop sometimes but most of the time yes it will good experience near 60 fps.

Bro if ur 1650 gets almost 60FPS then my 4060 will get good FPS too with ur configuration, ok i will keep updating how much FPS i get after this

Sure you will get way better frame rate because gpu power is way higher

Edit:- i just turned off the vsync and now its 60+
