Eat Note, Eat Note, Nom, Nom, Nom! LOL. Hedgehog butts made by wives do help bad days get better. Stem and Branch was great when I played it! Thanks for the rundown!
It's funny. I used to have the hedgehog face the living room, but now I have him facing the shelf so everyone can see his prickly posterior perfection!
With so many solo games coming out recently, that is something that I've been contemplating. LOL. Though I don't see my number one slot changing anytime soon.
I've taken your word on Tokyo Highway, Nkumi Onsen and Rumble Nation in the past. I haven't yet opened Nukumi, but Rumble Nation was a great one for me (though I can see limited plays on this for myself personally). I'm hoping Stem & Branch, and Shinjuku are worth it for me.
Great to see Shinjuku at #1 and released. I’ve been waiting for it for a couple of years, but never bit the bullet to make and order all the PnP stuff. Looking forward to the video on it.
Where I can find - and purchase - Japanese boardgames, online? Is there any source, any website, that supports, also, English language? (For example, I want the new upcoming edition of "Yokohama"...) (Every time I go to Tokyo, I visit the local Yellow Submarine stores; but I wish I could travel more frequently.) Greetings from Thailand!
Greetings from the US! I made a whole video about how to get games from Japan! This should give you everything you need to get you started 👍 th-cam.com/video/GbLJXpNOFWE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=TqOfLtlbuslTRZVb
Be sure to see the description above for links to reviews/impressions on the games listed in this video.
I play-tested Stem and Branch, it is a great game. And the art is also stunning
@@honghotboardgame those acrylic standees are great too!
I LOVE STEM AND BRANCH!!! Super awesome and super deserving to be on this list.
It is so incredibly charming, right?! I can't wait to see its final production!

The upcoming Italian version looks slick and should be widely available. I’d recommend hunting for that one 👍
When Jamie said crispspspsps my cat totally looked up
shinjuku feels like it took inspiration from splotter's bus.
It’s definitely mean. But instead of using a worker placement backbone, there’s a card system similar to Pandemic.
@@CardboardEast thank you for always showcasing asian games. i live in asia and i never even heard of most of these.
@@ianw0ng Enjoy the hunt! These are some gems!
Lone Wolves is one I've had my eye on for Gencon!
