Do note that Prime Souls are so powerful, even the angels in Heaven shit their pants when up against one. And remember, Minos was a beloved king, not a warlord like Sisyphus. If he wasn't a violent person and he became this powerful, what about the others?

If you think about it, Minos is a mixture of Asgore and Sans, he is a peaceful king that seeks a path of pacificism, but he awknowledges real threats and proceeds to fight that threat.
Minos literally refused to die so much his soul manifested into a new higher power and reformed a body. If he were placed in the Undertale Universe under Undertale rules, even Chara would be dwarfed in power.
