Hi Lucas! Great channel! Do you know if it possible to put a daily reminder in task till it get done? I have some tasks in my job that use the countdown feature to see how many day I have to finish my job, but, I did not see a option to remind me daily.

If the countdown is definitive like a couple days, you can manually set up multiple custom reminders for it and have it count down to the due date. If it's an indefinite or more long-term daily reminder, I would just put the TickTick task on daily repeat with the reminder set to 'On the day' so that you get to see it daily.

Thanks! Do you have a video for adding tasks with Siri?

Hi...are you using desktop app for Ticktick? I'm using one, but the font is kind of 'not sharp'. So I'm using web-app version which looks good. Do you have this issue as well?

Hi Azka, yes, I have the same. It's noticeable especially in comparison to Todoist which I used before, but it hasn't bothered me enough to look into more deeply it just yet.

    Great tips!
How do you get to that menu to create the task widget?

    • @LucasPrigge

Right click on the TickTick icon in your system tray (Windows)

Can I hide the details pane on the right in the windows app?

    • @LucasPrigge

Only if you're viewing a list in Kanban view, in which case any task or note you'll click will pop out instead of showing up on the right.

    Please help.
I was not aware that android ticktick does not have a backup feature!
How do i put my data onto PC, or how can i back it up?? I've been using ticktick, but never had a PC version :(

oh wait - i just log into my account on a PC version of ticktick and will it have my tasks there?
      - I'll come back and confirm.

ok, yes its all there and i can backup via PC now.
I'll leave my newbie question undeleted in case someone else has the same concern i had.

      wait NO WAY!
there's no backup feature in settings for my free account..

Backups contain a lot of data that cost money to store. Can't expect everything for free, wouldn't you agree? Thank you for keeping your comments undeleted for others who may have the same questions!

Yes, true, but premium ticktick has the option to save a .CSV file to your PC. They don't need to store it, we do.

Lol what? Why did they put the progress setting on that divider? There definitely should be an option for this

It definitely meets the 'Hidden' condition for appearing in this video 😅
