Wish he could get the death penalty and his parents get charged, they cannot say they did not know what there son is like. To say they dont’t want to watch Corey getting hurt, is more like i don’t want to acknowledge accept or see what my son is actually like. So glad his father is a retired officer makes one wonder. They should be made to watch it, plus i think it was a conflict of interest that they could get on the stand but not Brianna’s family. Makes one wonder what pocket or favours one is calling in. IMO That is.

Watching how he fought so hard to live up to Dad's abusive expectations showed me that this has been on ongoing issue & this boy knew he needed to run for all he was worth! The extreme abuse beginning after this small child was already worn out from running on that treadmill 12 min! Listened to a video of Mom being interviewed & she confirmed that the conception of Cory was not consensual! So he r a p e d her, then didn't want to pay her child support 5 yrs later when she asked the state for help & so he won custody! Then was favored by the courts, allowing ongoing abuse! Not just to Cory, but Chris was allowed to literally torture Cory's Mom by manipulation & continued threats of cutting her off from all contact! As a retired Lay Crisis Counselor/First Responder/Foster/Adopt parent 45yrs who also lived a pow experience where the ex was allowed by courts to do as he pleased, regardless of the consequences to the minor children,,or the now adult child & Mom! I have personally been told if I tried to report him to authorities for making young teen girls repeatedly strip in front of him & teen boys, withholding food, phone access, refused school access, & court ordered therapies! Allowed to submit penciled figures that were false, & court ignored the actual supporting documentation! It is beyond crippling, & this man should not be free to so abuse another! Having the threat of being cut off from your minor child, especially while they are being abused is the worst kind of torture for a Mom! They have to be able to see & comfort their children! It is quickly difficult to even breath in & out! Praying for this Mom & for justice! The system allowed this man's torture, unfortunately!

That call to the abuse hotline indicated that at 10am he had been with Corey for 1 hour and got Corey to tell him what was said at the hospital that night. What must Gregor have done to Corey in that hour to get that little boy to tell him anything if that night at hospital when Corey had already made the Dr not tell his dad 💔😓

@crimeanalyst mom drop Corey at his father's apartment at 9am. I believe Corey was beaten from 9am to 12 nn and fell unconscious. He contacted dcpp to bad mouth Corey's mom at 10 am because there should be an appointment at 12nn with the authority w/c is why Brianna was calling him but with no response. She might have been stressed out knowing Corey's father will abuse him and the authority will turn their eyes blind as per usual which is maybe the reason why she asked her bf to buy her drugs not knowing it will be the worst.
On Corey's grandfather testimony around 4:55pm thru phonecall, he told his parents that Corey is dead while he is still grasping for his life at that time till his body gave up at 5:04pm while he is driving away from the hospital.
After the police caught him, he refused to talk to a detective and asked immediately for a lawyer. The lawyer did all the talk for him. He got away from the first trial. The medical report shows, trauma on the chest and abdomen and sepsis, the caused of death was undetermine. He was only charge for child endangerment and it is bailable.
Corey's mom appealed and went to social media. Re-examination was done, caused of death was changed to homicide. @Crimeanalyst #JusticeForCorey

Also, the picture of him and naked Corey( presumably already injured and his life counts now ) and his cloth found all soaked in vomit. And the smell of vomit coming from Corey’s bedroom. When murderer told as Corey woke up started vomitting, so why his cloth is already in vomit. I believe, Corey started vomitting while being abused, sadistically tortured and beaten. Corey became unconscious. Realizing what murderer had done, he cleaned vomit (the smell of cleaning in Corey’s bedroom), took of Corey’s cloth, dumped in trash can. He put unconscious and injured Corey on sofa and makes “picture”, again to have a prove of his lie, as he would tell later that Corey woke up and vomitted. He did not call 911, he searched instead about internal bleeding on his phone. Murderer never tells the truth what had happened to Corey. But it will stay forever with murderer until his last day.

To me, he presents himself as having a very high standard of thought and behavior. He reminds me of the way Christopher unsuccessfully tries to present himself. Does it make you wonder about Christopher’s upbringing? That treadmill video alone convinced me of the type of man this defendant is and of his guilt. The doctor's testimony about the extent of Corey's internal injuries was also very telling about the horror of Corey's last hours of life 😢😢 I appreciate your shedding light on Corey's story because you are right to say it's a story that needs to be told. And this defendant needs to be held accountable for his death, which actually resulted from an obviously very severe, extended beating. It is heartbreaking. No one should ever devalue another’s pleas for help especially when a child is potentially at risk. I am struck by how many children are daily featured on the news as being harmed by their own parents. We all need to keep our eyes open and not avoid because we don’t want to interfere or be wrong. I think that photo is Gregor's lame attempt at a loving picture of proud father and son. I don't believe that he intended to murder Corey on that particular day. It seemed as if he would have been aiming to injure Corey over days or weeks, building up the uncertainty over which parent caused which injury, apart from some which could be dismissed as normal "rough and tumble" from the sporting activities. They weren't, of course. If they had been, Corey wouldn't have hesitated to talk about them.
I just keep going back to the Pathologist referring to the odd position of the injuries on Corey. The bite is a lapse of self-control showing Gregor's true nature. I can't get rid of a horrible image that Corey was constantly pushed, jostled and dragged around by this thug, rather than punched. Corey was older than children who die from being shaken but his body was still very fragile. My impression of Christopher Gregor, watching how he responds to different aspects of the evidence, is that he doesn't quite believe that he'd already done enough damage to kill Corey when he died.

@@crimeanalystI don't trust all jurors today. I've been watching true crime stories since Bundy and Gacy. Some like Bryan Kohberger have tens of thousands of supporters. Some call it the CSI effect but whatever the case, these jurors are more and more unreasonable about what's truly evidence and what's not. It's scary.

Because of all she went through particularly the devaluing you talked about can leave a lasting scar! I have watched this case a lot and could feel the emotions of it on my chest while listening to you today! It felt like pain! And as far as Gregor and his non caring attitude, ONLY THR GUILTY FLEE! One of Gregor's texts to Brianna concerning I think it was the emergency custody , Gregor said that she was going to get a big surprise because all the evidence she gave was going to get thrown out. The abuse went on because the authority tolerated Corey's fathers action and behaviour so as his parents. They acted judgemental instead of being rationale.
Corey must have been terrified whenever the authority sides on his father. Que horror.

Such a horrific story for such a beautiful little baby boy. And poor Breanna, who tried to keep Corey away from Christopher from the very beginning, and was just failed by all of the support systems that are supposed to help. This story just reminds me of how manipulative and deceptive my ex was. Luckily I was able to successfully get his parental rights terminated and save my child from further abuse. Christopher Gregor needs to spend the rest of his life in prison.

@crimeanalyst Laura, one last thing I want to mention. Your analysis of Corey Micciolo`s case is spot on and straight to the point. I believe you have more to say about the case and that is fabulous to hear. That is why you are the "queen of the true shero". I understand that these cases can just land and hit differently. Having read articles, watched Court TV, and watched your videos on crime analyst youtube, it is absolutely true in general that Christopher Gregor forced Corey to go to the treadmill, left Corey there in hospital, and did not communicate with Breanna about which hospital he went. Gregor is absolutely callous and heinous. We see this in lots of cases similarly. I believe there will be more charges of Christopher Gregor taking place. Wish you the best of luck, Laura. Justice for Corey Micciolo, the sweet little boy. #CoreyMicciolo #JusticeforCoreyMicciolo #HisNameIsCoreyMicciolo #Leadership

Gregor Mortis of poor, innocent Corey by Christopher AND his parents. In the court of my observation and opinion. All three of these Gregors are conniving, contriving, dysfunctional and deceitful. Son with apparent anger management issues, narcissism and antisocial personality. Long time enabling parents. Also, all three were aided and abetted by the corrupt, too easily bought system. It's so apparent who are guilty of this child's murder. All of them. May justice prevail.

Your detail of such cases are much appreciated & easier to understand then court case itself…just seems messy and all over the place at times. Because of the internal heart and liver lacerations I suspect he slam tackled Cory with extreme force and brutality, pretending to be teaching his son ‘football’. Cory wouldn’t have a clue what was happening when he got blitzed! Not survivable. The special authority ME did a superb job of delineating timelines, injury progression descriptions that are clinically unchallenged!

Everything points to abuse by Mr. Gregor, then lies to try and cover it up. The disrespect he shows to Corey’s mother is extreme and shocking.
