Why we check tongue in cynosis plzzz

To differentiate between central and peripheral cyanosis
Tongue is a warm site and highly vascular and has no vasoconstrictor innervation so it's difficult to be Cyanosed alone without whole body
Except in a case of lingual artery embolism or thrombosis
