Interesting information but seems printify is expensive to get much of a profit. The dog collar on printify is over $16 + shipping and the one you pulled up on Etsy was selling for a little over $19.
Now I have changed what I sell 5 times. I was selling knitting patterns which I was starting to get successful but I realized I was violating copyright laws so now I am on stickers, sea glass, and craft supplies. I may try a few jounals.
Could you do a video on the best quality shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, etc by brand available on printify/printful/etc? I'm so overwhelmed with the choices and want to choose a quality item to print on.

Great video:) I have a quick question. Is it legal to sell something one didn't make? For example if I'm selling my original artwork and I want to give my customers the option to buy just my artwork or to buy it with a frame, is that fine even though I didn't make the frame and bought it from somewhere else? Also is it legal to see a product that I have modified? Like if I bought picture frames and then painted them and sold them

My etsy shop just got banned not even 24hrs after opening. Ive put out 3 products and for one of them I used chat gpt to create a quote. Could this be the issue? Seems like the copyright is such an easy thing to make a mistake on, they havent even said why they’ve done it. Any advice?😫

Yes
It's NOT allowed. They don't police the site very well so you might get away with it for a tine, but it means one day you can log on and find your shop gone. Given how much effort/money is required to find success on etsy, and that you'd be competing with everyone else who sells Chinese rings on etsy (including the factory who made them) you're better off creating something original.

So one of my main issues as a new business owner is I don’t have the money to afford the product and shipping cost upfront. How can I still sell these without having to put the money up front?
With print on demand you only pay for the product as it is ordered
You can't. Especially as a new seller, it's possible you'll get put on a payment reserve so not only do you have to pay for the order before etsy pays you, you might not get that revenue for several weeks or even months. Add to that you have to spend money listing to stock your shop, and probably mock ups, canvas etc subscriptions etc... this is not a hustle for broke people.

If you’re starting out, how would it work with no reviews? I feel like people wouldn’t buy from someone without them? Xo
You can have family or friend order to leave you a review! Or you can order a sample from your store to give the first review too !
If you don’t want to do that, just be sure your shop looks professional (logo, banner, welcome message) so that customers will be more likely to trust it! You can even run a “new shop sale” to let them know you’re new and that’s why no reviews yet! Hope this helps

When you add personalization as an option. doesn't all order automatically sync with printify? How do you go about the personalized products? I'm genuinely asking
It does not automatically sync! There’s a video in the description showing the process in which you have to create products for personalization. It does add an extra step but is worth it IMO

You can have an Etsy affiliate link that will grant you 40 free listings. If you’re logged into your account with a shop, google “Etsy free listing link” and it should direct you to it if you’re logged in!
