This is a truly well put together travel memoir. Many folks think they've been on adventure; this is true adventure. I think I cried a little. I've hiked most of the ranges you went through, but the solemnity towards nature and the human spirit that comes from reaching it solely by foot is without compare. If you can drink from the fountain of life, drink deeply.

I freaking love this video, i keep watching it from time to time. This video grabbed me when i first saw it a few years ago and really helped light the fire to want to thru hike. I did my first thru hike on the SHT last year and I will be making my first attempt on one of the big 3 on the AT next year and cannot wait. I'll keep hiking as long as my body holds out. Congrats again on an amazing journey. I just told my wife how I appreciate these videos. You know you've watched too many thru-hike videos when you recognize every pack each person was wearing! I will be hiking the CT this summer so it was pretty cool to see some of the trail I will be hiking, and I always love to hear how much people are awed by the WRR...as a Wyomingite we are proud of our natural/public lands!

the three divide pass is in columbia glacier head waters of the columbia river, saskatewan river (atlantic ocean) Athabasca river (arctic ocean) two hundred miles further north of the border or you can hike there on the Great Divide trail
