I actually just made an update of this Culvert yesterday I'll have that edited together at a later date for you to see, the drought is starting to take its toll I'm starting to see that as this year progresses. Oh, 7:44, the potato rakes I’m familiar with don’t have tines that go straight across, there’s two on bottom,two in middle, and one at the top in a triangle arrangement. Don’t know if the kind you have will help with logs. I know and use antique ones. Rock on once again.

Post ten just after the trash rack you cleared out, when you walked through the culvert and came out the other side, I believe I saw the beginnings of a beaver lodge. Just to the left of the screen in the video. It is at that little inlet cove just in front of the large bush on the side of the road. You may want to go back and look at your clip. It was very interesting to see.

I love your videos but in summer why do you now allow beavers to store the water increasing the water levels for all wildlife and only unclog in the winter when it stops destruction of habitat and road etc. ?
I'm here in St. Louis and we also have one of the hottest summers ever. It's been like 98 degrees F almost every day for the past 6 weeks. Grass isn't growing. Farmers need rain. It's really sad the way things are going. It's so miserable to be outside you really can't go outside and enjoy the summer. I hope this is not a long term or forever thing, because it's for sure getting hotter every year.
Ive been wondering about that 4 tine rake and whether that might work. Figured you just preferred a normal rake. "Weapon of choice" so to speak. Question: do you ever reinforce your rakes? I like to put a screw thru the metal collar that holds the head on. Seems to help when i have to pull hard with the rake to keep the head from pulling loose just curious since ive never heard you talk about it. Keep up the great content!
I sure hope so, The Weather Channel that I use says there's only like a 50% chance on a few days so I hope we get something at least. The rivers are so dry and have you seen all the thousands of trees that just died in the past few months

I'm not really sure what swimming around there are a lot of catfish in there, sometimes public ponds have Coy and goldfish but it's illegal if you're caught doing it because they will steal all the food from the Native fish

Slams on brakes. He says he stops just in time. Gets out and sees the frog has 1/32nd of an inch from the tire and was correct.

You should visit that abandoned dam. The water levels are probably low and you can remove all that debris!

You could buy a piece of metallic net and fasten it to that rack to impede to beavers to enter in the culvert.
