I had an idea that was pretty similar, but it would be a role swap, so the princess becomes the heroine, and the hero becomes a prince. It would basically be personifying the voices of the hero while turning the different princesses into voices. Oh, and the narrator becomes female. The end goal is the same, the narrator asks you to slay the prince, and your choices will lead to the world and the prince changing, however, the pristine blade will change to fit the world.
I have some ideas for the princes forms and how the world will change.
The stubborn will become a barbarian who will try to duel you with a sword in an arena, but I don't have a lot about them yet. He will transform into a dragon if you deny him the battle, though, and the dragon will burst from the house and send a sword and shield at you. The dragon will try to force you to fight him, and he can breathe fire.
The world of the cold is a snowy, frigid winter hellscape. The path to the cabin is iced over, and nigh impossible to tread, and the cabin is likewise frozen. Inside the cabin is a fireplace, the mirror, another door, and a table.........which holds a revolver loaded with a single shot. The other door just leads outside, but you can faintly see something in the snow off in the distance. Moving closer reveals a highly decorated German officer lying face up in the snow, with frostbite taking his arms and legs away as his face has signs of it as well. He pleads in a very quiet voice for you to finish him off since he cannot move.

Probably the same as way as razor route or that the princess always these just that she needed to adapt for them to be in control
But I feeling it’s the same way as razor considering the princess give the long quiet “the look”
I believe that the voices are reactions to trauma, like voice of the Cold being going numb, and voice of the Paranoid being a specific type of PTSD.
With that theory in mind, maybe she got her voices from when people threw her in that basement.
I think that voice of the Witch, for example, is the inability to trust, that must have come from being tricked somehow into that basement.

I don't know if this was intentional or not, but a nice detail I noticed is that "The Damsel" is sitting near the Princess's heart, as she is the only one pleading for a peaceful solution.
