Take it easy on that fella. It WAS a great comedy from 1989-2003. Which is an amazing run. But 50% of the satelitte "staff fights" were scripted. From what i understand, it's turned into bad daytime tv talk show format over last few years. But this was a great time. 90s Howard annihilating a beligerent Fafa Toothy was great comedy

I rarely listen anything from the last 10 years, except for maybe the Sal and Richard phony phone calls - some of those are funny. I have a group of friends who are super Stern fans, and none of them are still listening to the current show. The show today is un-listenable. I have no idea who still listens to the show on satellite today. At least it had a great run for over 25 years.
