    Running a mile every day is definitely NOT the best way to improve your mile time, but it makes for a really good challenge!

    Maneeee please. After giving my all after a couple days of running, I managed to just get 8:06. That’s more than 2 minutes quicker than my high school runs. How can you complain and say yours was slow? 😂😂
