Will this help to open up an overactive pec as well? Or should we open up the pec before trying to perform this? And also what weight are you using for this? Im 140 lb lifter, but left shoulder is unstable. Im using 10 lbs so far seems fine.
This can help with the overactive pec but it would not be a bad idea to try to open the pec before practicing this movement. The weight I’m using is 25 pounds - i think!
