    Tim, I am in gym this week with my SACC kids. I am going to put the mats out, pull this video up and we are going to rock and roll around the floor to your instruction. I was not sure what I was going to do programming wise this week but you have just done my work for me. Thank you and have a great evening. Everett

    I love all these movement snax. Pure gold. I am sharing these with friends. Just because something doesn't leave you a sweaty mess at the end (beware the sexy met-con!) doesn't mean it isn't doing you a whole lot of good.

      Chuck, thank you so much for sharing the vids. And yessir! You are right. Sweating doesn't mean effective. It means sweat!

    Amazing tip for the shoulders and the glutes/hips. Any tips for the traps for us office workers?

      Head nods, and diaphragmatic breathing. We have several videos on these - but you may have inspired me to make one for the traps. Thanks for watching and writing, Mike!

      Hey! Welcome to the channel! The rolls in my rolling playlist may help a great deal. The windshield wiper, and egg roll - those could be a great place to start. I will try to circle back and post a video links to those!

    Do you offer one-on-one video calls for training? I live in Kansas City, and there aren’t any certified trainers near me!

    This is a great channell! I have a question- you talk about the body being a big x- my left shoulder is internally rotated, and my right foot is externally rotated. I am sure these are connected. What do you think? Would crawling complement my soft tissue and strengthening and stretching exercises I am using to address the issue?

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I do believe crawling would help with that. As would rocking, playing with different foot positions and hand positions. Example: rocking with your left arm externally rotated and your right leg internally rotated a bit. Give these a shot and let us know how it goes!

    it would be better if you showed us from the back also, i don't know how my foot should sit

    • @OriginalStrengthSystem
      @OriginalStrengthSystem  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Foot positions are up to you. I suggest playing with different one (on ball of foot, on top of foot, heals in, heals out, etc...) Thanks for watching.
