Hey Bro, your doing great work, just thought I’d give you a tip from a 30 year veteran. Buy some liquid pallet adhesive and stop using spray adhesive . It is A LOT cheaper , lasts just as long, even longer than spray when you foot dry AND MOST IMPORTANT, doesn’t get all over your shop or into your lungs. It really helps keep your shop clean and saves you a bunch of money and your not throwing away so many empty cans. God bless and Merry Christmas !!!
awesome videos.. me and my 17yr old like watching your videos, he's getting into screen printing and I would like to see how u do off contact video.. keep up the awesome work..
Do you have any video regarding different colours and how colours merge. Also, which colours are beneficial like plastisol ink or water based ink. And what are the steps like with the reducer or razor ? If you could do this it would really help people and especially me to understand about screen printing. But bro you are really insane cause your videos are really helpful and clear to understand❤
Thank you for the information on the off contact. I've been having trouble pushing too much ink through the screen, and thought I needed to have the screen on the shirt to keep too much ink from coming through. The fix for too much ink, for me, is to pull down enough only enough ink to coat for that shirt, then push that ink onto the shirt. Is the purpose of off contact to keep too much ink from going through, or is there some other reason? Thank you for the great videos. I really enjoying watching them, and learn something too.
There many reasons .. it could course fribilation , it could pull the Shirt when you lift the screen and a couple more things .. that I might have to do a video on ..
Full of great tips. Nice work. Can't wait to see more!
Thank you
