You bought them from some random guy? What kind of feedback rating did he have? You never ever buy any kind of currency either from anyone else because that also screw you over with the Terms of Service for that game, so you're on your own. Next time, have the seller write he did send you the code or whatever it was through physical mail, then give you the currency, then you'll have proof that "he did".

ebay and paypal are a joke. Once I bought coins for fifa 17, the seller didnt send the coins AND HE DIDNT HAVE ANY WAY TO PROOF HE "SEND" and both ebay and paypal said we can do nothing, we dont cover this.
They don't cover electronic items, duh. This is well known information. Never buy any electronic file from eBay (If you can't touch it then Paypal can't cover it due to lack of evidence)
The thing is, digital goods aren't exactly allowed to be sold on eBay, sure, there might be people who do it, but because they're actual legit sellers for them, but come on. FIFA coins? You bought them from some random guy? What kind of feedback rating did he have? You never ever buy any kind of currency either from anyone else because that also screw you over with the Terms of Service for that game, so you're on your own.
Next time, have the seller write he did send you the code or whatever it was through physical mail, then give you the currency, then you'll have proof that "he did".
Phantom He had positive feedback, I think he scammed people saying that he would send the stuff if they qualified him positively. Anyway I got my money back when I called the card company. He didnt even had a way to proof me, when I told him that I wanted a proof that he "sent" the coins for me he said "I have not a camera" . The price was good so I tried to risk it. Turns out that I've been fucked so hard that i almost lost the money. Also there was complaints on his feedback one or two saying that he was a scammer, wonder why that account was still up. Maybe ebay doesnt do anything to scammers?
