Let folks keep paying $500k plus for homes that are dumps like in my area. I’ve been renting my little studio, no debt, and stacking up my retirement funds. Traveling outside the U.S. to find a beautiful peace of land (11 acres) and build my 4,000 sqft house brand new all for $350k. Don’t be afraid to leave the U.S. or if you want to stay go move to a rural area, real rural.
