She rocks short hair now... Like pixie haircut. She is still married and has kids. Hair shouldn't change anything about your wedding. That's not what it's about and obviously everything turned out fine so she proved it doesn't even matter
Hair is such a big part of a lot of women's confidence, so I totally get why people freak out. My hair finally got really long in 2009 and when I got it chopped off in 2011, I cried 😂 so yeah, it's long again. I totally get them.
My hair was down to my hips and I bleached it then found out my hair isn’t strong enough for that then I had to cut off about 8 inches I was so upset because I’ve had long hair ever since I was little
I love having long hair but since young my parents always cutted my hair short to shoulder length...the longest I ever had my hair is a little below my collerbone. Welp now I'm gonna just leave my hair alone and let it grow

Well it's not just that. Remember when Bre had all those contracts with different hair companies? All of that went down the drain with that haircut. I felt so bad for her. Tyra has a habit of giving black girls on top model the same haircut or the same middle part weave.

This maybe an unpopular opinion type thing but I really really hate when hairdressers just say “you have to get over it” when it comes to cutting it colours hair....for some people their hair is their safety net it’s what gives them confident and makes them feel sexy and beautiful...idk I just feel like hairdressers shouldn’t just be like “oh get over yourself it grows back” and another thing too is I’m white but I do know from watching a few people on TH-cam that natural hair is very hard to grow out and from what a few people have said I’m assuming it may take a bit longer also so cutting someone’s hair off especially when they are proud of it and it’s what makes them feel confident and beautiful isn’t something that they can just get over....but that’s just my opinion

Who doesn't love Allison? I love her! She's so cute and awkward and I definitely related to her more than anyone else on the show. Plus she's a stone cold weirdo but she embraces it and I loved that! Seriously they should bring her back and apologize and crown her winner of every season! I loved her blonde hair, her eyes look insane with that shade of blonde. I always think to myself I should dye my hair light blonde but then I remember that I'm practically albino so I'm pretty sure I'd look like a child of the corn or something so I never do.

If you are doing stuff with your hair and messing with it, you arent gonna grow hair fast. I have dread locks and it grows pretty quick. Just wear a protective weave like other girls are doing to let it grow

Yeah it would definitely take me more like two years, if not longer. My hair is so, so dry and unruly. It grows at a normal pace but even with regular trims they have to take sooo much off to keep it healthy because the ends split very easily that I wind up making extremely slow progress when I want to grow my hair out. It’s also really thick and a lot of people can’t seem to get the layers right so then I have to cut it all several inches again to even it out. Ahhh it’s so frustrating. I would have never let them touch it if I was soon to be married like Lisa was

Kinda awful though that she was going to get married (some people actually only do that once maybe twice in their life) and they weren’t creative enough to give her a look that wasn’t from her original cycle. She was going to get married and I understand wanting your hair a certain way for a VERY personal and special event. I know if your a model you can’t always get what you want, but they literally put extensions and wigs on these girls every other episode...
Personally if I were getting married in two months I wouldn't spend those two months away from my fiancée filming a reality show but she made her choice.
When you give your advice to someone at the end you should show their picture so that we can learn from you! If the picture looks like someone (face shape, skin tone, hair color, etc) they can use your advice without you having to individually suggest things to every single person.. Something I don’t get to this day (it’s the same in Germany as well) the girls know that there is a makeover episode and that sometimes the weirdest stuff happens. But every single time there are 2/3 girls that are completely surprised that they want to change her hair colour or style 😂 sorry but you really should know that that will happen
Katina to be fair the German girls don't know what they are getting until the reveal, that can be really stressful. They should be prepared for that, but it can be really overwhelming to have no control at all, even if the control is only knowing what awaits you.
Please stop, It can totally take that long. Just because your hair grows a certain way doesn’t mean it’s standard. Listen, hair growth depends on genetic first, diet, and hair care. Of course you can have slower or faster hair growth genetically.
I literally love Brad Mondo but I think that we should talk about how you can’t just get over having all of your hair cut off without your permission. For some women that is literally a security blanket and once you take that away you can lose all the beauty that you felt in yourself before. When I was 15 my mom caught me smoking weed so she cut off all my hair and I can honestly say I felt disgusting for a whole year. when I say cut I don’t mean she’s a stylist I mean she started ripping chunks out with office scissors( my hair was eventually cut by a stylist and I had a botched Karen cut). I felt fat, uncomfortable, ugly, and so alone. I dead ass started wearing baggy clothes just because I felt that bad.I don’t know anyway my point is I feel like to a certain extent we should literally give some of these women credit for having their hair chopped off and still feeling so confident.

I thought about that, but I think this episode of ANTM was before anyone realised that everyone isn't just the same damn person with different names 😜 However, in the case of becoming an actual well paid model, you have to make the sacrifices to make the money. I mean even Mel Blanc, when he did the voice of Bugs Bunny, he'd take a big bite out of a raw carrot before he'd say, "What's up, doc?" into a microphone. And then he'd immediately spit the chewed carrot in a bucket beside him, because apparently he was allergic to something that was in raw carrots. But he believed trying to do celery or trying to do a raw cucumber or anything else didn't sound authentic to the Bugs Bunny character, and would make the character seem less believable to the audience. So some people suffer for their art (they are called "artists.") And some people suffer for their money (they are called prostitutes. And models. And the rest of us. 😉) RIP Mel Blanc 💔

Average growth is 6 inches a year so in 4 months that’s 2 inches.... pretty sure they cut a lot more than that 😬

Yeah it would definitely take me more like two years, if not longer. My hair is so, so dry and unruly. It grows at a normal pace but even with regular trims they have to take sooo much off to keep it healthy because the ends split very easily that I wind up making extremely slow progress when I want to grow my hair out. It’s also really thick and a lot of people can’t seem to get the layers right so then I have to cut it all several inches again to even it out. Ahhh it’s so frustrating. I would have never let them touch it if I was soon to be married like Lisa was

I literally love Brad Mondo but I think that we should talk about how you can’t just get over having all of your hair cut off without your permission. For some women that is literally a security blanket and once you take that away you can lose all the beauty that you felt in yourself before. When I was 15 my mom caught me smoking weed so she cut off all my hair and I can honestly say I felt disgusting for a whole year. when I say cut I don’t mean she’s a stylist I mean she started ripping chunks out with office scissors( my hair was eventually cut by a stylist and I had a botched Karen cut). I felt fat, uncomfortable, ugly, and so alone. I dead ass started wearing baggy clothes just because I felt that bad.I don’t know anyway my point is I feel like to a certain extent we should literally give some of these women credit for having their hair chopped off and still feeling so confident.

I thought about that, but I think this episode of ANTM was before anyone realised that everyone isn't just the same damn person with different names 😜 However, in the case of becoming an actual well paid model, you have to make the sacrifices to make the money. I mean even Mel Blanc, when he did the voice of Bugs Bunny, he'd take a big bite out of a raw carrot before he'd say, "What's up, doc?" into a microphone. And then he'd immediately spit the chewed carrot in a bucket beside him, because apparently he was allergic to something that was in raw carrots. But he believed trying to do celery or trying to do a raw cucumber or anything else didn't sound authentic to the Bugs Bunny character, and would make the character seem less believable to the audience. So some people suffer for their art (they are called "artists.") And some people suffer for their money (they are called prostitutes. And models. And the rest of us. 😉)
