Utila Southshore Geography In Less than 11 mins! Part 2.

As a real estate agent in Utila, with RE/MAX Sunshin, people often ask the same questions. This video series hopes to answer those questions like:

Good job...Great video. One minor correction. The Mariner's Landing development is listed in 'Joshua's Point' in my Certification Castral. The locals may be calling it 'Richard's Point' because the current owner of the house on the point is named Richard?

Thanks Richard. Yes, there are many names for different areas. Jonathan's Point, Mariner's Landing, Stingray Point, and Joshua's Point. In the title deeds there are also old names for areas that I have never even heard of. Funnily enough, we just found a barrio called Sugarruga!!! And that's supposed to be near Rocky Hill... which is also known as Donkey City, or Jerusalem or Little Grass Piece (ALL names in Certificaciones Catastrales). LOL
