Ner'zhul's soul, the orc shaman turned warlock who betrayed the Burning legion and as a punishment was turned into the Frozen Throne. Until Arthas took equipped the armor and the new Lich King entity was created.
@graddeos so was he slain by the legion just like Gul'dan was? He sire is powerless despite being a so called lich king. I would've expected something better.
