It's interesting when you view the homes from the lens of wanting low maintenence. The shower tiles are so small, which means so much grout. And it's white grout! What are they thinking!?

Remember that it took a once in a century global pandemic to get rates that low. They are probably never going back there.
The price per sq ft on the Villages is abusive right now. The MLS sellers are wising up, but the VLS apparently hasn’t

What you see is included in that exact home as it was finished. None of the homes we saw were base priced homes. I can only guess that shelving other than wire shelves, would be an add on. Thanks for watching!

No..they are not. Depends on which neighborhoods but anywhere from $30,000 and up. Thanks for watching!

Sellers have increased prices on homes 200K - 300K since last summer. This should be criminal on behalf of the realtors and appraisers.
