I just lost my entire family, don't really have friends. I'm currently living in my car. Doesn't get worse than this. I've never been more depressed

I was just crying a few minutes ago. I felt invisible,like nobody cares about me. I'm having online classes and we had to make up teams and nobody included me,I was left alone(again,as always) and not even the teacher noticed(most of the time she doesn't even remember my name) I wrote in the chat that I had no team and she didn't read it and not even a person told her about what I wrote to her.
And when I try to join a conversation nobody really shows interest. It's like if just by seeing me they don't wanna talk with me or whenever I comment something in class,nobody reacts or tries to follow the conversation as well.
Thanks for doing this video...It's helping me to realize I'm more resilient than what I think.Better things will come.

Every single day I feel excluded by my friends coz am not funny like them or talk alot like them. No body remembers me. Today I went to wedding with my friends and they left me one by one and finally I left alone on the table then I went to my car and crying just by felt excluded I left that wedding party.

I cried a lot lot . I was born in an abusive family. Not felt appreciated . Parents always fight. Was bullied in school and finally few months ago i lost my relationship. Am i really stupid this much. People always dumps all the faults in me. It feels like now everybody's against me.
I'm sorry you've gone through so much pain and trouble. You are no stupid. Unfortunately, we tend to repeat the cycles of abuse and dysfunction in our lives if we are not healed from our pasts. I would encourage you to seek out a trusted psychologist to help you navigate through these issues so you can find the healing you need. Praying for you.

I'm with a narcissist that completely destroyed my self-esteem. They never compliment you or you don't feel heard or seen. I feel like I'm not good enough. It has drained my feminine energy and happiness. I'm depleted! I feel like before this relationship I did get attention. But now I feel like my light is drained.

I was at a concert tonight. I went there alone and that's totally fine to me. I like to do things alone with myself. But today I felt so invisible and that hurt so much. Some people around me just pushed me back the whole time as if I wasn't there. I know it's crowded and stuff but 3 weeks ago I was at another concert same place and I had the time of my life and there were much more people who gave more space.
Anyway, it openend a wound inside my heart. Back when I was still in School I also felt invisible and in kindergarden, too. I thought I was over it.

You are not invisible and you are important.
These are a few things that helpd me with this issue:
You can heal your wound for example with affirmations which you tell yourself everyday like telling yourself 'I am seen. I see myself. I feel worthy and appreciated.'
You could also write a letter to your teeanger self or your inner child because that you feel this way means that you need to deal with these feelings aka trauma.
You have to feel them. You need to accept them so you can overcome them.
Be gentle and patient with yourself.
I know that you can overcome this, too.

I feel overlooked when it comes to not being married. I am 31 years old never had a man introduce me to there parents never been engaged or married. I have had men tell me the reasons why I get overlooked because my standards are high I respect myself I don’t twerk or post certain pics of myself on Instagram. I desire to wait until marriage to have sex. It’s been really hard where I feel like I’m not good enough to be a good woman to a good man. I have a great heart just because I’m not like other females out here I don’t get any attention I get overlooked multiple times. I barely get asked out on dates.

High five!! I’m 31 too unmarried, but I count that as a blessing that god sees me and won’t put me with someone below my value. And for now what I can do is see me, hear me and understand me. Self development is really fun.
If one day, i do have a family of my own. They won’t have a lot of trauma and drama because I’ve done my part and ironed that out while I was free

wow, you have encouraged me. Ive been struggling to feel like i am enough to my parents. I dont have emotional support in either of them. I feel unappreciated and useless, most of the time. I am a christian and yesterday after bible studies I got that very overwhelming feeling that God says the opposite to all that im feeling, so with hearing you today, its like a confirmation for me to work on what God thinks of me and not my parents. It will take a while, but again, thank you as your words have touched me greatly.
I know it's a bit weird but that's how my brain goes: I hate being in groups cause I'm always scared to be left out and look ridicoulus and unimportant and It's just not attractive....I prefer being one on one so I'm sure I'm not left out..I have social anxiety btw don't know if It's related. I honestly feel so shit when people compare me to my elder sister. I feel like ending myself. I wonder why I still breathe. Why I still exist. A part of me is hopeful but it's overshadowed by people's attention towards my elder sister. I feel so invisible, unloved and unworthy most of the times. I do not wish to continue like this. I have found to be socially invisible has some benefits that are unequalled over being social. It does not feel good to have no friends, no aquaintences, no mate. However, since I am rather stuck this way due to lack of knowledge of how to get out of this situation and also the fear of getting out of it, I have embraced the positives of being socially invisible. The freedom I have is unequalled in anybody that is social. My independence is unequalled compared to social people. My free time is unequalled compared to social people also. I am constantly studying on how to do things myself instead of paying, "professionals," to repair my home, automobile, appliances, furnace, air conditioning and the such. The loneliness is a rather small price to pay for the positives. I have had no friends, aquaintences, nor a girlfriend since 8 August 2000. I will not lie. It does not feel good at all. But the benefits mentioned and the security of it being impossible for others to emotionally injure me again is rather worth the empty loneliness. There are benefits to being reclusive and socially invisible. The planet still needs the anonymous background figures that nobody seems to love, hate, nor acknowledge. Their has to be anonymous, "fill-space," people in the background. If I have to be one, I can take the benefits as well as the negatives. Not everyone can have social skills or have friends. I would recommend people stop trying to be social if they fail consistantly. It only makes you miserable. Embrace the positives of being invisible. They are great.
I felt invisible my whole life i was ignored and people came in my life just to leave it and they said they wouldn't leave and abandon me now i feel like its better to be alone then to be left and hurt

She insisted I befriend her friends because it would be socially good for me. When she had her use of me and left me, she had her friends, which I started believing were my friends as well, do the same. I refused to allow even the smallest possibility of this ever happening again, even if it meant I will never have friends nor a girlfirend again. For a long time, it felt really miserable, but better than the horrible, crippling betrayal and abandonment. But then I noticed the social invisibility does have benefits. I embraced being a nondialog NPC (nonplayer Player Character) of life and can not believe the freedoms, money saved, and independence there is. Embrace your social invisibility. It will never feel any better. But perhaps the benefits gained from our NPC status is not so bad if we use our invisibility to our benefit. We can do what we want, even if other never consider doing it out of being afraid to be ridiculed. We have nobody in our lives to ridicule us. Going to the movies alone is much cheaper than if we had someone else. A nice dinner out only includes one expensive meal verses two. Do you want to go somewhere at 2am in the morning? Just do what you want when we want. Do you want to put a television and video game system on a table in the kitchen? There is nobody to judge us. Take out the rear seat of your vehicle for extra cargo room, or the passenger's seat, or both. I took out my rear seat years ago. Embrace the horror of a solitary life. Nobody is going to approach us to befriend us anyway. Do we trust they really want to be our friend anyway. Your first simple assignment to start you on your social invisibility benefits is go on a night right at 2am on a night you do not have to work and enjoy the stars. The next day, go to dinner and a movie. The rest is up to you. Be creative. I have a television hanging on the side of my refrigerator. It is ridiculous but very functional.
I'm sorry to hear this. I know it's easier said than done, but keep trying to find positive friends. No one was meant to be an island.

I was always invisible, unnoticed, inadequate. I'm still single and I hate it. Yesterday, I was at a place with a couple and I felt like the third wheel. I left after an hour. Churches, doesn't have ministries or groups for singles. And shoot! I am not getting younger!

at least you are married, i talk to no one for years, no friends, no boyfriend, and i have become colder than cold.i remember one day at work i got trapped inside of the food fridge with very low cold temperature to keep the food fresh, and i didnt feel anything inside, the cold didnt affect me and it didnt faze me that i was trapped for a good 10 minutes either and with a light shirt,one day i will snap though

Every single day at school, just as I get through the gates with another friend that actually cares about me, all my other friends will run straight past me to get to her.
When no ones talking, I say their names continuously and none of the reply, its been like this the first day I met them. I only actually 4 caring friends, everyone else just cares about themselves and 1 particular, they get mad at the smallest, I just hate everything about those friends. My issue is although I know I'm noticed. In fact I know I'm very noticed. It's just I'm literally picked over. And not cuz I'm like unattractive. It's prolly the opposite and then I'm immediately discounted. I've got like 7% body fat naturally and ripped. It's just my nature. But because I'm not normal to everyone I'm instantly discounted. Women even say oh you're not into her you're yolked.... then only the most selfish unattractive women even vette me past a few moments. I know first impressions but the impression I give off is that I'm too good for you yet I really don't judge people except in realistic situations where it's warranted. People think I'm all grouchy but I've just got resting bitch face.... talk to people past their look... like it takes more than a date to know a person's character. Ive gotten to the point where if someone compliments me like a older person or. A girl or family or one of my friends compliment me i wont receive it. cause I look for my validation to come from men.
Although I believe God cares love and mindful of me. If I feel reminded of that rejection and I dont have attention. Then I wont feel like what God gives me is not sufficient enough. Something I want deliverance from .

You don't sound crazy. We have to remember that the culture in which they lived was very different than today. But, God's heart has always been kind, compassionate, and honoring of women. There are several examples in Scripture of women leaders like Ruth (legacy builder), Rahab (restored mother of a nation), Deborah (judge), Esther (queen), Lydia (minister), Anna (prophet), and on and on. As Christian woman, I believe that I stand on some giant shoulders, and I'm proud to continue in their legacy of faith.

It also says in Genesis 21 (14-21) that “"And God heard the voice of the lad" and sent his angel to tell Hagar, "Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation." Muslim and Jews and Christians are all great nations but politics is not. They all worship God almighty same core but people chose to fight about details unfortunately it is our mistake to God’s.
