The pure excitement in Rich's eyes and face when he see's someone succeed, or even just might have discovered a way to help them ride better .... it makes me smile grin and cheer along. Love it !!!!!
The letting go of the clutch in slick terrain technique helped me a ton at the hares scramble here in North Carolina this weekend. It rained, and the ground is super slick red death clay. There were some long climbs at the race, and every time I remembered your advice to let go of that clutch… the bike instantly felt like it grabbed 2x more traction! Amazing tip!
i respect that yall go into the deep woods gnar and try stuff and talk about it. fun to see stuff even rich struggles with. thank yall for keepin it real!
you guy's are awesome..really delivered what the viewer need to know and see. most part the learner like me to see is the failure and then it succeeded..you did always send the messages both to all of us. thank you ric..best teacher!!
Been riding here since I was 5 years old(26 now) a lot of guys from here like to run tubliss with a softer gummy tire. Great tips as always! Love the vids
Another great video Rich keep it up man! I may never get to experience Hawaii like that but your teachings are put to use here in North Carolina the best I can! Hope to someday make it to your riding clinic
This the best! Anson is awesome always has a great attitude . Being vertically challenged, riding the four stroke, with a Rekluse clutch, and you never hear him make excuses. I have an opportunity to talk to him and watch him race at SHASTA Dam definitely one of my favorite riders. Rich is just legit and loves the sport . Thanks for the vid
Watching you load the rear tire with heals down was very helpful. I fall into the trap of sitting up on the tank to try and keep the front wheel down because I don’t control the power there very well. I’ll have to drill some rear tyre balancing like you showed!
Hi Rich! This is unrelated to this video. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain and demonstrate so much! I just bought a Husky 300 TE 2024 Pro, inspired by your review. I think you mentioned a list of aftermarket parts you usually put on it. Could you please share or tell me where is the list of things you use?
This place looks like where we usually ride here in northern Taiwan. Except it’s wetter and muddier here. Thanks for making the video as usual so we can learn something
@@IRCTireUSAMotothank you, lol, the leg length part is funny and that’s what my friends are usually complaining. I’m 5”11 and they are usually shorter.
I rode the north shore of Maui for 20 years. My tire of choice by far was the m5b. That was the only tire I could find that would clean itself out with ease.
How do I get in contact with you? Been to Hawaii several times (Oahu x3, Maui x2, Big Island one time). Have been searching for dirtbike/enduro clubs but not found any. Would love to make a dirtbike trip to there. What ive done is as everyone else, bathing, snorkling, eating, drinking (cant surf 🤣). Ola/Sweden

@@IRCTireUSAMoto I'm not talking about riding skills. I'm talking about the comradery that can be found at the trails. The fun friends and you can have out there. Maybe bring in some new riders and just have fun. But hey you are the one with only 74k subs. That is how few riders there are. And again this is just a suggestion. Quit making it all look like work.
Thanks for covering the slippery side. Here in the PNW ( including BC) slippery is all we have 5 months of the year. Your videos have really helped me and others advance our skill sets. And Anson rocks! Wonder how he would do on a 300?
@@donaldgrant9067There's plenty of other people posting trail ride videos to provide the content you're suggesting. No one else I know of is delivering the level of tuition that Rich is giving us here. I for one don't want to see this channel watered down for feel good content, this is where we learn the intricate skills and knowledge to advance our abilities to the next level. Rich has a niche audience for a reason.

He is such a fast learner. He takes everything you say and uses it without forgetting anything. He is a PRO without question.

As always, amazing vídeo and tips
Love the fun factor, positivity at it's best.
Super fun to watch and totally informative. Sure hope I can incorporate these tips. Brilliant.
Glad you enjoyed it!
This was awesome!
Niceeeee! Thx for your job man!
another great video! always learning. cheers from Brasil!
Thanks for watching!
Love this video series. If Anson gets hooked on hard enduro, once he gets on a 300 he will be dangerous.
Hey you never know! Might happen!
Thanks homie!

The clutch release in the slickest terrain was my little secret as well. You can feel the tyre gripping better.
I rode the north shore of Maui for 20 years. My tire of choice by far was the m5b. That was the only tire I could find that would clean itself out with ease.
Clean out is dialed!
Sweet I raced with Anson 4t. Good stuff! *last one out due to bike failure btw lol Started at 9 got out at 630pm
Glad you made it out.
Another question - What is recommended around what fingers to operate the clutch lever?
Looks like a '21 250sx you were riding. One of the last of the good Katos, "Carby model.".
It was TPI. 22 xc I think
The way that terrain is continuously loading the tread up is crazy. Can tell it’s super slippery.
Super weird dirt.. so sticky
Top top
He ride a 4t... he loves making his life difficult
Got that right!

spend a winter riding in the uk , you become an expert in the wet. 🙂
Thanks for watching! If I did the same video there the Hawaiians would say the same thing.😂
rich brings that 80s cocaine energy
I never realized that hawaii was hard to ride in until other people came and rode. To me its just normal riding
Looks a lot like where I live in Southwest Washington.
Thanks for watching!
Similar to the trail in the Philippines when wet.
👍👍👍
What’s the twine rope on your bars used for?
I don’t know. Just borrowed the bike. Didn’t think to ask
Looks like ti leaf. In Hawaiian culture it’s used for protection, luck, repel evil spirits etc.
Never be a ninnie 📝
Exactly!
That red dirt stains clothes permanently..
you can’t be a bad rider in hawaii lol this place forces you to become good
Hi rippa mate 😊
