  • This is a 40 Hz wave playing with a 40 BPM bilateral beat. Bilateral stimulation is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
    d(-_-)b Remember to wear headphones while listening to get the full effect of bilateral stimulation!

    This. This is it. I want low frequency, emdr bilateral sound and NO floofy nature sounds, or music of any kind.

    Logan, I have been listening to the Yellowstone album (on Spotify) this weekend and reflecting about how this BLS has changed my life and probably been the single biggest (most consistently used) tool for dealing with anxiety,excessive stress, sleeplessness, and just working through random interpersonal issues that come up. I'm a therapist myself and am consistently sharing your tracks with clients. You are an absolutely priceless soul and I want to let you know I appreciate you and your work immensely.❤

      Is there a particular process you follow while using bilateral stimulation when dealing with anxiety and stress?

    • @lorirussell-siemer8963
      @lorirussell-siemer8963 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@raksh9 If I'm using the music for general anxiety and stress, no I just listen and imagine the music entering into my body and creating a sense of peace & calm. If I'm using it to help me digest and integrate a specific event or situation, I use the EMDR protocol.

      @@lorirussell-siemer8963 Thank you for the reply, I'm just beginning to learn about bilateral stimulation music, but I'm familiar with EMDR.

    lol everything looks slightly trippy after staring at that for a while. Powerful stuff though, I can feel stuff releasing and at the same time the sound kind of regulating me

    I would be very thankful if, you could make one with 40hz binaural beats + bilateral stimulation beats like in your other videos together. In my eyes this has a better effect for focussing, as the 40hz wave is continuing and not disrupted like here what makes it a little bit distracting (at least to me). But it is still a great idea and a good work. thanks for that. This is my conclusion after listening to it every day for 2 weeks (after the first excitement that contributed to the focus).

    This helps me meditate and function without zoning out too much too deeply too frequently during the daily tasks. It's like a stable zoning out comfort zone instead of an extreme one every few minutes or so.

    I feel an odd but pleasant vibration in my chest as I listen to this. This sensation has also moved to different parts of my body. My calves and shoulders, is anyone else experiencing this?

    When I turn the volume all the way up it stimulates my brain in the most pleasing way and helps me focus - could we get a louder version of this track?
