Having been lucky enough to live in BOTH of these cities, I can safely say that they are two of the nicest, most culturally diverse cities in the world. Both cities are must visits at least once and are truly incredible. I’m honestly not sure which one I prefer because they’re so cool and unique in their own different ways.

USA is always my choice. I have lived in two countries.UAE is trying to be the USA. They might have some nice buildings but they still need to improve lots and lots of things other than infrastructure.

Born, raised and still in Dubai I can say if you're rich you'd wanna live in Dubai, and I've been to NYC, its OK for visiting but for living I'd prefer Dubai, but Dubai ain't cheap either, so you better be rich to really enjoy Dubai. However if you wanna make a living from scratch and become rich, Dubai is not the place, if you are already rich then Dubai is fine. Plus Dubai lacks a lot of human rights, trust me I know however Dubai is undoubtedly much safer than New York heck Dubai is probably safer than any major American city. That being said both cities are for the rich, and if you're rich than Dubai is better than NYC.

Dubai is actually a PERFECT place to get rich which is the only reason it started growing. There you can start a business without paying taxes and you aren’t asked at all what you are doing which is why opening a business is really easy. And being rich is always fun wherever you go and it isn’t less or more fun in Dubai.

Dubai or NYC? I lived in the UAE (Abu Dhabi) for 5 years, but visited Dubai ofter. Although I lived in New York State for 12 years, it was in Rochester, not NYC. I've only visited NYC as a tourist with no stay being > 2 weeks. I would say the perfect balance is NYC from April to October then Dubai from November to March.

In Dubai in the winter we get hail sometimes snow we get alot of rain but in spring sometimes rain and the weather is perfect but in summer it’s sometimes from 26• /40 degrees celceuis excuse me if I wrote something wrong in english

Wait what future does Dubai have exactly? Other than more skyscrapers being build by Expats that UAE govt take advantage of and treat them like crap or in better words second class citizens. The video also forgets to add that In UAE or Dubai if you lost your job you have a 3 months or you will be deported. Also you will never become a UAE citizen or be naturalized like in America, so there will be a day you will leave or you have find someone to sponser you forever. Also education NYC is much better. I almost forgot In Dubai your getting paid according to what passport you hold, in America we get paid based on experience and the work you put in. Dubai is the Las Vegas of the Middle East. A manufactured city on a long strip in the middle of the desert. Impressive skyscrapers, yes, but all built with slave labour.
