Just discovered this channel...and this piece of content is one of the best, most congruent and practical pieces of information for personal development I've heard . real talk.. true fire 🔥
I am so excited for this series! I’ve been listening to the Finding Mastery podcast since the beginning. You are one of the most influential voices in my life. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️
This is Awesome Mike! Emotional intelligence is key for management (as some of your recent guests have noted). Key to recruit, train, and maintain the best workers. Yet, all relationships are two way streets. No matter how emotionally intelligent one person is, if the other won't or can't reflect, the relationship won't progress. What are some best practices that non-psychology-trained managers can put in place to encourage reflection or emotional intelligence in their team members?
Hi Dr. Mike and the Finding Mastery team! I love being part of the FM community and I'm absolutely stoked for the AMA's. My first of likely many questions for the AMA series is with regards to the importance of building awareness. How can a culture of awareness be grown in a company to help identify and connect ways the business operates to the internal world of employees' thoughts and emotions, which may ultimately be reducing their performance potential? Thanks!
Thank You so much for this video Dr. Michael Gervais! I always find your podcast insightful and thought-provoking! My question is when we strive for mastery, how do we properly determine when times call for small, incremental changes toward major improvement versus more significant and drastic changes toward major improvement? Is one method better than the other at all times or there are instances in which either one would prevail?

How do you manage to stop talking, start listening but in a way you organically absorb the information if your mind is not able to deflate and not analyse every single thing, word, person, situation constantly happening to you especially when it's humanly impossible for you to mentally dealing with idiocy or human limits and beliefs. ?

What are specific steps that a person can take to build competitiveness when, historically, they haven't been a very competitive person?

Who's asking the questions and who are you talking to

Should an artist stay with a gallery where the management is petty, undermining and jealous ?
much of job is countering your opponent or at least evaluating this chance,so personal fitness is often marginal, toy at home
mindfulness is not something that you can practice sitting on a pillow just like that.. if it was easy everyone wll be doing it..
