Dear Paul and Kay, I bought the film 'Touched with Fire" and read Kay Jamison's "The Confused Mind". i suffer from Bipolar Disorder myself and your works and this interview helps me a lot when I want to go off the meds again. Yét, one thing though, I had several manic episodes and they where all different but one looses in the long run if one keeps on choosing for them because there's this long hospitilsation where you receive tons of meds and you have to start again from below zero. Thank you for giving me hope and keeping me on the meds.

12:18 Marijuana is a depressant so it may help in the "high" phases but definitely not when you're down... It's very hard when you go off your meds. Great video!

How are you sleeping? Not always well. Even with medication because they don’t know ever.
I'm sad that Mr. Dalio says multiple times that he doesn't like saying "disorder", but the moderator keeps saying Disorder....
