Good job Eric, also the toss out of I-flex in the Saints playbook is pretty good. All the people complaining of cheese, yes there are idiots who will spam this stuff, but decent to good players will just make it part of their game plan. Plus you can stop the run, or minimize the damage with a good user, you just have to read the play, back off the line with one of your linebackers and it’s less likely you’ll be caught up in the blocking, loop around and introduce the Runningback to your linebacker. Also in ‘19 unless you are on top of the ballcarrier do not hitstick

Eric, you should go over some Run Plays for the Atlanta Falcons and what you RECOMMEND!!! I love the Falcons as they have a good passing game, but the run plays could use some tweaking. Do you have any ideas for me? You should do a short video to talk about that. You seem to have a GREAT knowledge of the play books as well. ^_^ I'm subbed and waiting for the next NEW Video tip!!! ^_^
Great content and its funny i barely won against my opponent, he had the rams and i was the giants. He ran the same formation whole game, having successs even knowing what he was gonna do i could not stop it. The cheeze i see is when ppl doing the same stuff over again becuase they know its a hard play to stop, especially when they choose the best team in the game. I mix it up but great content .

EVERY TIME I lab, & later use, your suggestions, they work, which is often NOT the case w/ many others’ (eg, it works against average opponents but NOT against #MaddenElite or #Legend teams, which is more indicative of what you’ll see when playing h2h or even #SoloBattles). I decided to switch to the #Saints playbook, from the #Cardinals, so that I could use all but the triple-option, which I use often w/ Panthers, & they worked so well that I ran over 300yds btwn #Bell & #Howard (both max upgraded) & only had to throw 90yds 😳, which never has worked for me before (ie, I have to almost abandon the run prior to 100yds for any one back & throw for +200yds to put up any decent scores in #SoloBattles). Not that any of this should be a surprise; I found you last yr & loved your channel, esp for defense, but I NEVER expected being able to run, which I prefer as an SEC/Auburn fan, but in the two games since watching yesterday, I’ve been able to run (effectively) a modified AU-type offense (ie, a two-back, run-based PAP scheme w/ loads of success {AND IN HALF THE TIME to completion}).

Showing people good run plays to try out is not hurting the game. That's your problem, you think giving people guidance on what plays to try is somehow cheesing, it's not. The average person doesn't have hours to spend trying to find things that work for them, the whole purpose of videos like these are to give them ideas to try for themselves. People like you just whine about everything, it's like you don't want anybody you play to ever pick up a single yard.

Literally went to playbook closed my eyes and picked one! If you can read a defense and coverage you dont need cheese playe to win!

I feel like Jukes and spins are still too OP right now. The defense doesn't break down on the ball carrier very well. I hope RPM will eventually address this. The fakeout animations take the defenders way too far out of the play sometimes for how close they are to the ball carrier.

That's cause your team was a 97 overall. Especially with the 91 zone thresholds last year, you could run anything with a god squad and pretty much lock up everything.

This is not cheese....stop referring to the play calls eric is selecting as cheese..me personally those sets that he is running are 1-2-1 and 2-2-1 sets in which those sets don't have many run plays with the exception of the bunch formation, but I do disagree about Goaline Defense...If you know how to run it..These plays won't work....Thanks 4 the video bro

I use the run heavy playbook. The sad thing is none of the plays u listed are in the run heavy playbook.

Use best practices for stopping the run. Cover 4 or Cover 6 Invert defense, bring extra guys into the box, user a linebacker and try to shoot the gap.

I only made it to the second play and noticed, all my opponent will do is meet me at the line with the RLB. Good plays vs computer though.
By that logic, no play in the game will work vs a real player. Everything has the potential to be stopped by a user defender. That's why you scheme.
