A spring game that actually determines starters and helps with player progression depending on performance. Uniform selection for online h2h. In the same vein, we need realistic post game animations. I’ve never seen a football game end and 5 guys walk onto the field from each team to shake hands. Show me 80 players and 20 coaches and assistants and cameramen and journalists. Especially after the national championship, I don’t wanna just see 20 guys posing alone in an empty field.

Things I want EA to Add or Fix in the NCAA 26: - More Band Songs: Get realistic Band Songs that every INDIVIDUAL Schools band plays, not Georgia's Third Down Chocker to every School besides from UGA. - Better announcement excitement: I want more emotions in the announcers, not some bland calm INT call - More Pre game things: I want more pre game traditions like the Florida Gators (Gator Walk), or the Ole Miss Tail Gating, and College Gameday picking what schools they think are going to win. - A Halftime show: I want to see the College Football Halftime Studio with the Announcers talking about the team stats, player performance, and what each team has to do to win. - Crowd Themes: I want to choose what Crowd Theme I want to see on regular gameplay and not soms Auto Generated theme in Dynasty. I love NCAA 25, but NCAA 26 could literally be even more INCREDIBLE especially after 10+ years of missing this game

This. All the commentary on presentation and gear and we don't even have this animation or cutscene. WTH! Plus NFL 2k5 had great halftime shows and commentary breaking down other games in progress during the halftime show, EA needs to emulate that style of broadcast IMO. Me personally the 5 things I would like to see in 26 are the coaches, trophy room, highschool, a sort of system in game where you can choose personnel while making play calls, like who’s goin to get the run or if you want your super fast wr running a clear out route, and finally the biggest thing for me came up when I was watching all 22 footage of a football game and that’s a button to make the ball carrier run laterally, like on defense when you breakdown and shuffle side to side but on offense so you can read the offensive line and cut cut side to side laterally instead of turning your hips and running fully that way. Just my thoughts.

Just a minor thing I'd like to see: Grass stains. Also, having a chance to see where your opponent ranks in certain aspects of the game. Are they a pass-heavy team? Is their defense one of the worst in the country? In 14/Revamped you could see what a team ranked so you got an idea of how you should approach the game. This one, you can't tell before until you've played a team several times over in Dynasty so you don't know if(for me playing as S. Alabama) Texas State runs the no huddle and runs the ball to death. Scouting the opponent would be good.

They can fix the progressive lighting and let us edit the rosters even if the players are NIL. When you load into the game, the rosters are automatically set to default much like it is with Madden
i would love to see the ablility to have some parts of team builder in the game, that way if you want to change your jersey or stadium up a bit you can do it without having to re upload your school and start over

I just want full customization of non NIL players. I currently have only have 2 black wide receivers on my roster at a Power 4 school. And my two starting cornerbacks are white. (Jason Seahorn would be proud)
It would be really nice to upgrade facilities and other things in dynasty mode. If you’re at a small school like Akron or something you might not be able to get your championship contender rating to like A+ but it would be nice to take a small school and actually improve it off the field as well to really use that as a recruiting tool.

Then, go to madden 25 superstar mode and pick the position your player in cfb was. Then, it will pop up and you can continue his nfl career
On dynasty I noticed the stadiums don't update championship win years if you've won the national championship. It would be even more immersive if they added that

NCAA26 should look like nba2k but on a college campus with buildings for the dorms, study hall, gym, offices for the different coaches, brand name stores, an airport where they can even have cut scenes for incoming visiting recruits, a huge "fanville" type area for the fans to tailgate, practice fields and of course the stadium which will have the ability to grow by 20k seats each time the college gains a star with a max of 6 stars/120k.
For teambuilder, an option like MLB the Show has to build your own stadium from the ground up would be nice. Also add FCS teams and other schools like HBCU's.

Bring back the recruiting map of the United States and Canada with pins of your recruit's locations. They can outline all the pipelines on the map as well. It would be a great addition.
Something specifically for Dynasty that I havent seen anybody suggest is a Role Playing Option for Recruiting and the Transfer Portal. Where you actually have a conversation with a recruit/transfer and watch tape or go to a high school game to watch that player show out. You would do this with recruits that are high profile must haves for your program and then after if they were very interested you’d have dinner or meet the family. Also the portal needs to be expanded on in game with the creativity
Need to be able to control your assistant coaches’ progression. That’s realistic that a head coach tells their assistant what to work on. Maybe a retention metric for keeping your coaches, guaranteeing that you won’t fire them, etc.
What i want from a recruiting standpoint is maybe recruit a year earlier for example college hoops 2K8 had where you can begin recruiting a player their freshman year of hs not saying CFB have to go that far but like in the offseason let us start on the upcoming class the year after them and get early commits that could possibly decommit over time so say you know you have a young team with no one really leaving anytime soon you can then decide to just recruit a year or so ahead to have the one up
We want stadium creator like there is on mlb the show. Also they should allow you to play your team builder team in play now and edit your team builder team on edit rosters. I'd also like to see is high-school in road to glory while adding a signing day in your senior year of HS. Last thing I'd love to see in high-school in road to glory if they have it where you have to earn your spot in HS as a starting QB or HB or whatever. (Obviously adding custom team builder teams for high-school). Edit: I'd also love to see real life coaches in the game like you mentioned. And id love to see historic teams like 2001 Miami and 2019 LSU like NBA 2K does with legend teams.
Program points would be good for improving aspects of a school. Maybe a way to increase to NIL, or stadium improvements. Could even be something that makes visits more effective or allows for more visits per week. The install sounds similar to gameplan, like certain types of plays get a boost in effectiveness based on how you practice and maybe you can earn extra xp for executing them in games
I would love to see the game get released on the Nintendo Switch as well as a cutscene of when the fans rush the field, the create a stadium option returns, high school road to glory, the instant classic mode which would bring back some games from the BCS era, and finally Pat McAfee being added to the game’s commentary team
Formation subs is in the game. You have to press R1 to highlight “formation” then press triangle on PS5 from the huddle screen. You will be able to make any substitution you want on any formation

"Program Points" sounds more like it would be points that you can spend to upgrade the football program itself, such as upgrading the stadium, practice facilities, "traditions", etc., which would probably be reflected in increased grades for various recruiting pitches.
Just fix the defense, don’t need more custom zones, hot routes etc need the actual playbook plays to work as designed. We shouldn’t have to make a thousand adjustments just to have a decent play to run.

Head Coach 09 had the boost for plays that were known and ran through practice. It was like familiarity or something of the sort.

Bring back the recruiting map of the United States and Canada with pins of your recruit's locations. They can outline all the pipelines on the map as well. It would be a great addition.
Something specifically for Dynasty that I havent seen anybody suggest is a Role Playing Option for Recruiting and the Transfer Portal. Where you actually have a conversation with a recruit/transfer and watch tape or go to a high school game to watch that player show out. You would do this with recruits that are high profile must haves for your program and then after if they were very interested you’d have dinner or meet the family. Also the portal needs to be expanded on in game with the creativity
Need to be able to control your assistant coaches’ progression. That’s realistic that a head coach tells their assistant what to work on. Maybe a retention metric for keeping your coaches, guaranteeing that you won’t fire them, etc.
I hope they add the ESPN scoreboard
It’d be nice to be able to upgrade stadiums and create a conference as well.
Custom zones souns like being able to use custom stems like on offense being able to stem db's to cover certain parts of the field would be awesome

What i want from a recruiting standpoint is maybe recruit a year earlier for example college hoops 2K8 had where you can begin recruiting a player their freshman year of hs not saying CFB have to go that far but like in the offseason let us start on the upcoming class the year after them and get early commits that could possibly decommit over time so say you know you have a young team with no one really leaving anytime soon you can then decide to just recruit a year or so ahead to have the one up
Ray, what I think that needs to be on the list is as you build your School up, you have the option to build the stadium up as well.
Different tics in the game would be cool. Like for different conferences like Fox and ESPN have different ones.
We want stadium creator like there is on mlb the show. Also they should allow you to play your team builder team in play now and edit your team builder team on edit rosters. I'd also like to see is high-school in road to glory while adding a signing day in your senior year of HS. Last thing I'd love to see in high-school in road to glory if they have it where you have to earn your spot in HS as a starting QB or HB or whatever. (Obviously adding custom team builder teams for high-school).
Edit: I'd also love to see real life coaches in the game like you mentioned. And id love to see historic teams like 2001 Miami and 2019 LSU like NBA 2K does with legend teams.

Program points would be good for improving aspects of a school. Maybe a way to increase to NIL, or stadium improvements. Could even be something that makes visits more effective or allows for more visits per week.
The install sounds similar to gameplan, like certain types of plays get a boost in effectiveness based on how you practice and maybe you can earn extra xp for executing them in games

I would love to see the game get released on the Nintendo Switch as well as a cutscene of when the fans rush the field, the create a stadium option returns, high school road to glory, the instant classic mode which would bring back some games from the BCS era, and finally Pat McAfee being added to the game’s commentary team

Formation subs is in the game. You have to press R1 to highlight “formation” then press triangle on PS5 from the huddle screen. You will be able to make any substitution you want on any formation

"Program Points" sounds more like it would be points that you can spend to upgrade the football program itself, such as upgrading the stadium, practice facilities, "traditions", etc., which would probably be reflected in increased grades for various recruiting pitches.
Custom zones would be like custom stem routes prolly, could move the zone to a specific area of the field instead of just yardage depth
I’d pay extra for a DLC that had FCS teams even if they had some generic stadiums

Playbook installs came from NFL Head Coach. After you play a team you would be able to add one of their plays to your playbook.
I am 100% fine with storylines as long as they make the cut scenes skipable
Just fix the defense, don’t need more custom zones, hot routes etc need the actual playbook plays to work as designed. We shouldn’t have to make a thousand adjustments just to have a decent play to run.
Maybe if the huskers make the playoff they will make the opening tunnel walk scene more accurate.
