So much has changed since i was in third grade. I'm now going into my senior year of high school, the progression of education blows my mind.
I’ve watched all of your classroom setup videos (that’s how I found out about you!) and I will for sure keep watching your Channel!!! Seeing you organize relaxes me so much and your personality just brightens up my day :)

It is 12:25 a.m. I have to wake up at 5:45 to get ready and get to work by 7. Students begin arriving @7:15. Will need 4 shots of espresso, but at least I learned something from this video ❤

I went back to see my old elementary school teachers this week after 15 years. It was so nostalgic and so awesome to see my old teachers! You seem like an amazing teacher/person and I am sure that someday these students will visit you when they are adults!
You really inspire me. I want to become a teacher and every night I watch one or two of your videos. Your classroom setup videos are my favorite and I hope that someday I will be able to make a vlog on how I decorate my classroom!

Im half way through my bachelors and this makes me sooo excited to graduate and get in to my first classroom.
Since I love using photoshop and illustrator for making my own labels and designs, being introduced to Cricut is amazing. Ive hinted to my family towards getting me one for graduation.

Love your videos! Two work days before school was supposed to start and I was told I had to move grade levels AND schools. After spending hours and hours making my second grade classroom look super nice, I’m now teaching third grade. In a different school. Glad you are teaching third and I will look for your third grade products in your store.

i am still in highschool however i know that i want to be a teacher. (i know i could change my mind but i’ve wanted to teach for at least 6 years and haven’t wavered from the idea) my question is if you have any tips for introducing yourself to the new kiddos and warming them up to you? love your channel and your energy!
I just keep it super light and fun on the first day! I made a slide show and let them ask me 21 questions
Use some fabric around all the wires to hide them and it keeps all of them together as well

Love your vlogs! And this is totally personal preference, but it saves SO much time for me to NOT distribute books, supplies, etc before the kids get there. They love to help and were so happy to use sharpies (a privilege in my 3rd grade class) to label all of their own stuff. They also do all the labeling for our classroom books, bookbins, their password cards, etc. Sure the writing isn't perfect, but I think it helps them appreciate everything more and make it authentically 'our' room.

Hey there! I am a teacher from Cape Town, South Africa. So awesome to see that even though we are from different sides of the world... kids and classroom set up is exactly the same :). Although our school year starts in Jan and finishes in Dec (Southern Hemisphere summer), I can totally relate to how busy it was at the beginning of the year. I was wondering: I have often read that US teachers have to buy most the kids supplies for the school year...how much of what you have put in your class did you have to buy? And how much was provided for by the government? In SA the government gives almost nothing, I am quite lucky to be at a private school. :) Thank you!
Hi there and Happy 2nd year of Teaching! Just wondering about your Cricut Machine... Did you already had it before starting to Teach or you purchased it for classroom use? I've been looking on Amazon but just find them too expensive... Is it worth buying?
