Myself been a safety professional, It's good to see a government officer Mr.Deepak Rawat sir talking about electrical safety procedures at site. At most of the construction and manufacturing units 40% fire generate from electrical hazards. Hope to see more involvement from government on safety at the different departmental works and to deploy some safety experts.
this is the problem, any such things that may cause the hazards are raised under safety protocol, and are instructions given and timeline is fixed to get what is to be done. Nothing was written in the site instruction book by the "visitor".

Sir, Plugs mein wire direct daalna ek bahut hi common aur general practice hai.... theoretically bhale hi unsafe ho lekin Maine aajtak koi bhi electrician ko badhi badhu machine plug se chalate nahi dekha....wire se hi kaam chalta hai....agar plug hai to ho sakta hai alag alag holders mein fit na bhi ho....wire ko plug me insert karne se short circuit nahi hoti sir, kyuki wires insulated hote hai aur agar ek wire nikalke dusre si laga bhi....to short circuit nahi hogi kyuki wo wire disconnect ho jaayega.... practically ye log galat nahi hai🙏
practically ka koi matlab nahi hota, in case of any accident kahi se bhi tar khinch do connection cut ho jayega. But, technically IP65 board and industrial grade connectors hona chahiye, with separate and dedicated earthing for each and every equipment and mcbs . these are not generally available in every market so it become costly. So such items shud be made as extra billable items.

Sir recently I visited Haridwar, i felt an issue regarding the hotels, pandits and e-rickshaw, these people charge heftily from tourists, i am from Assam and i had to face this which gave us a very bitter experience.
Really Deepak Sir you are great and sir I am your big fan and every IAS officer of our country must learn something by being happy with your working style!! And really sir in every state and every district of our country IAS officers like you are needed so that no one can do corruption far and wide nor can there be corruption in any area.
