First time in my life seeing an IAS Officer talking to common people with respect and calling them 'Aap' instead of 'Tum' or 'Tu'. Another excellent quality is his curiosity to learn and quest for knowledge. Unbelievable! Hope to get an opportunity to sometime meet him. His humility has certainly left a lasting impression! God Bless Him and his Family........
Around 20 days back I saw sir in his car near walkway and I waved him and the best the part was he waved me back with the same energetic manner, I did. ✨🇮🇳

Dear Shri Deepak Ji pranam you always remain a role deciple for all. Sir self employment for hills is very necessary to stop what we call palayan. This is a huge loss since due to less employment opportunities we have seen ghost villages in uttrakhand. We are sure under your able guidance there will be a sustainable opportunity and employment for villagers who have potential however less knowledge for goverment subsidy and how to train and devlop theselves for own Entrepreneurship.
