I use bubble wrap on my windows for insulation. Clear or colored wrap. Cut to fit each pane. Mist window with water and put bubble side against the pane. Its amazing the difference it makes with temp and outside noise reduction. It also kept my windows and sliding doors in my house from shattering during Hurricane Michael. Enjoy your journey. Well i think you are a super Mum, your home is lovely and cosy, the kids bunks look almost like a small double mattress which is great so they are comfortable and have plenty of room unlike some other kids bunks I've seen, packed in like sardines. Safe and happy travels.
