I tried this recipe, the cake turned out super soft and moist but it’s a little too sticky and seems oily too, kindly suggest how to make its surface non sticky and greasy. And yes I have measured exactly from your video on this recipe 🙏
When I face similar issue, I keep the cake out for getting cool down first and then use non-stick small spatula to gently separate the sides and then tap the cake mould upside-down. The cake comes down on plate easily without breaking.
I felt that a little bit more thick batter would have made it more like a firm cake.. Too much spongy was making it very brittle like halwa, especially because it is a whole-wheat recipe. Secondly, as many people here have mentioned about lack to taste of mango (at least not expected level), I am thinking of experimenting with a small cup cake mould and putting small and thin pieces of mango in the batter for more batter flavour. Will post here how that goes.
