Thanks, it's a bit of a coop to get Adam on the video.. the amount of knowledge he has is fantastic, and if it wasn't for the wind, the video would have been much longer, 😆
Hy man, first of all thank you so much for what you are doing for the community. Your videos are so valuable to us. I got a question though, do you fiddle it all back to factory when you have to go through emissions testing? Cheers from Krautland 🇩🇪🍻🇬🇧
Hi, thanks, that's really appreciated! No, I couldn't even I wanted to, for the emissions testing, I could put the original exhaust end can back on, but as of yet, I've not needed too.
My concern with these upgrades is, what fuel economy as tank is so ridiculously too small , on my 180 kit I was lucky to get 20 to 25 miles so no rally driving
25 mpg? No way, that is terrible. I've noticed only a small drop in the economy... maybe down to 85mpg but no less. That's probably because I'm accelerating more, lol. Once I go back to normal riding, I expect to get back in the 90's
That depends on a few things, eg. what motor you have. Ie standard or modified and how safe you want to be. Generally, 3 to 4 %. I personally use a 4% mix.
As always, brilliant Mate.
Looking forward to the rest of the series. Ride safe. Cheers!

@@TonysGarage_UK brilliant either way. The two of you together working on the scooter is brilliant.
It was great listening to him... I might suggest popping up to Edinburgh to his workshop to finish the the other parts of the upgrade!
@@TonysGarage_UK that’d be brilliant. Again, thank you for your channel and knowledge on our bikes. Truly is a huge help. Ride safe. Cheers!
Looking forward to seeing the rest of this series. You certainly had a worrying look on your face when he started cutting bits off your scoot😳
I'm looking forward to receiving the parts. Not quick to deliver.

thank you for this mate, (just got a royal alloy)
Good choice ! Cheers
Tony, can you put up a video so we can hear how loud the scooter sounds now please ?
I'll try... my go pros tend to level everything out.
The intake noise from the airbox removal is the loudest sound you can here.
Thank you for the video. If I simple replace the air box with the air sock does the ECU need to be remapped?
You don't need to, but you won't see much benefit. Apart from if you like a louder scooter!
Thanks
Very interesting ' air filter design not much cop . Sea why they change it
Yep.. it's a crazy design, but it does keep the noise low. With the sock on, it's a lot louder already
Can you just change the filter for sock ' without ecu being done
You can, but you won't see much benefit. Apart from if you like a louder scooter!

Thanks for the video, if the sock is added, does the increased airflow help cooling? I'm pick8ng up a new 2023 shortly, I heard GP300S Run hot?
No. That's just increased airflow into the engine.
Please can you tell me the petrol/oil ratio for an old Lambretta?
That depends on a few things, eg. what motor you have. Ie standard or modified and how safe you want to be.
