yo guys if any of you feel like its nearly impossible to learn how to sew, I recently found out that its one of the easiest hobbies to get into! when I wanted to learn, all I did was pull out my moms old sewing machine, watched a video about the model I had, and by the end of the day, I was easily able to mend by ripped shirts! I still have a lot to learn and practice does make improvement, but its very simple to understand the basics.
What an inspiration you are to any young person who may be watching your videos. I started sewing & designing skating costumes when I was 11 yrs. old. I was a figure skater, & my mom said you can't have a new outfit for every event , so I bought some cheap material from Grant's dime store & became a designer, who cut out all the preliminary steps, & like you sewed most things without basting them . I made my patterns out of ironed paper grocery bags . I am proud of you . I will think of you every time I see a beautiful old fashioned dress in my thrift stores. Keep on creating. Watching you reminds me of watching my Mema sew us kids clothes when we were growing up. It truly is a lost art, and there is a lot to know about it. At least she taught me to mend, embroidery, and crochet! :) Watching this sweet little angel had me all wreathed in smiles!! :)

The way that you draw a template from an original shirt, then cut it into 3 pieces for making it larger is really a good technique to learn. It helps me to solve all of problems for my tight shirts and trousers. Thank Coolirpa.

Such a cutie and the dress looks fabulous on her. I really loved this video since I have 3 girls and it was nice to see how I could transform some of my old dresses for them. More of these would be awesome, maybe even how to take in clothing for the hand me downs, even how to make there clothes last by opening the stitches. Excellent job as always
