- I CAN'T BELIEVE IT'S THE 50TH EPISODE! Thank you all so much for continuing to watch my videos. This series has come so far! In this episode I found a beautiful curtain that inspired me to turn it into a dress! I spent a total of 4 days working on this.

Whilst everyone admires your talent, I'm going to admire your discipline in the first place. While you are incredibly talented, it just strikes me how much work goes into the things that you're making and with what consistency and creativity you work on your projects!

I'd even appreciate tips for sewing with different fabrics. Organza us beautiful but I hate hate hate sewing with it.

I made an skirt and cami set from a bedsheet once. I wore it to a club and some girls in the restroom said it looked like their mom's sheets. Never recycled again.

@@mcjohnsonsgirl it depends on the fabric. Personally I don't understand "recycling" sheets for one reason: if it's that worn out, how can it be a good clothing piece? And if it's not worn out, why it needs "recycling"? By definition bedding doesn't need to be in better shape than clothes you wear...

i kind of like that this tutorial is 'all over the place.' it just makes it more impressive by highlighting how incredibly creative she is to make these incredible pieces within the limitations of limited fabric and making up designs as she goes along

I love how you pulled a dress out of curtains Sound Of Music/Gone With The Wind style and made it look so fabulous and romantic! Its perfect for a garden party and just pair it with a hat and a shawl made of lace.

My mother a seamstress from a poor home saw every piece of material as a possible curtain (considered a luxury then). You see a curtain as a possible dress! I love it! You look adorable and your creativity is inspiring, thank you!

I.ve been a tailor for about 30yrs now and you are really good. Both my grandmothers were tailors and could take any fabric and make something amazing! My 1 grandmother put a needle and thread in my hands when i was 4yrs old and i was making barbie clothes at 7yrs old and by 14yrs old i was making my own clothes. Im 57 now and do what your doing all the time. Keep up the awesome work! "A creative mind never gets bored because their imagination will always take them somewhere! So see, imagine, and create!" Wise words from my grandmother. 😉

The bodice is absolutely stunning but there's something off about the shape and length of the skirt...
Cassidy Marsh yes its very pretty but it reminds me of a dress a little girl would wear, like a flower girl or to a school dance
I think maybe wearing heels with it would help, but they are so uncomfortable I wouldn't recommend that to her!

Because of your creations I actually ask my mom if she could buy me a mini sewing machine for a start. :)) I've been designing dresses for 1 and a half year now but still don't know how to sew them. My boyfriend's mom does it for me twice now. I wanna do it my own. The dress I am wearing in my photo is my design. this dress is backless.

I have been sewing forever and this is about the coolest ever transformation. Curtain fabric can be really slick and hard to handle. Good Job!!!

I think if she made it halter and with wide straps and put on some heels, i dont think u would see flowergirl.

This is amazing omg. And a tip for your gnat problem:
-Get an empty water bottle and cut off the top (about an inch down from the cap).
-Take some apple cider vineger put in about 2-3 tablespoons (or more, its up to you) and add a tiny bit of a water (idk like a teaspoonish? I always just eyeball it) Than if you any lemon/citrus scented dish soap ad a few drops of that.
-Take that top part that you cut off and take the lid off it and you will attach it back to your bottle. But instead of putting it on top just flip it to create like a funnel type of thing in your bottle. Place it in you room and it will help get rid of them!
((I hope that made sense... You can place as many as you want in the area of the gnat problem))
