So, not allowing the witness to answer the question that you asked because you deem it not suitable. Every single crime must be able to be summed up to one word. So if someone steals 1000 of private citizens personal information, sells the information, and then sets up a system where money is automatically withdrawn per month per se, it must not be a crime because it can't be summed up in just 1 word.

So, not allowing the witness to answer the question that you asked because you deem it not suitable. Every single crime must be able to be summed up to one word. So if someone steals 1000 of private citizens personal information, sells the information, and then sets up a system where money is automatically withdrawn per month per se, it must not be a crime because it can't be summed up in just 1 word.
It’s not “unsuitable” it’s not specific. If you’re going to go to congress and allege that the president has committed crimes, I don’t care if it’s Biden or trump or any other president….you should be specific about which crimes he committed, especially if you’re going to say you witnessed it in some way. And she is very correct about RICO not being one specific crime, but a group or category of crimes. Thats just the truth.
