Hi, Just refer their website excluded NOCs are updating very frequently. If your Applied NOC is under excluded you won’t get chance. And please refer their Draw reports to get an idea of NOCs which they are selecting. Still if you can’t find a solution contact them they are very supportive.

In my opinion and according our experience, I’d you have both the portions, best thing is to come with the work permit and earn your experience and apply for PR. Because coming as a student will extend your time to settling down. Also, there’s no rule that you have to be in the same company. But, as your company is spending good amount of money on you to get a LMIA it’s about be ethical 😊. Also, that company may help you to get your PR.
