The first rigid synthetic boots that started coming out in the early 2000s were blister machines. Now I feel the synthetic upper materials have improved dramatically in pliability, softness and comfort. So I have not gotten any more blisters. Making sure my boots are 100% broken in has helped with not having blisters. Going in to a match with brand new boots is worse thing you can do if you want to avoid a blister.
I still get blisters wearing any boots i have. I can wear a pair ive had for 5 years and still get blisters
Damn bro
@@rc_1235 Maybe it’s because the muscles in your foot are growing or the joints and bones are getting a bit larger.
This is so relevant since I’m healing from a nasty blister right now on my heel 😅 pred accuracy’s fit me amazing but switching to the new preds - bit more snug but it feels longer so my heel rubbed against the back pretty vigorously
What i did to still be able to play with the nasty blister? bandaid + strapping tape, strap your entire heel over and under and over again with rigid strapping tape, when you’re playing in them, tying your boots as tightly as you can, tape tightens up as well, no movement of skin against boot 😃 great success 👍
as someone whos flat footed its so hard not to get blisters man
Love the vids helped alot
Hi Jaymike thanks for the hacks! Question, will Unisport stock the Predator 94 remake?
blister plaster and then tape over top to secure. if you have troublesome boots you know will give you blisters, you can start the match or training session in tape until hopefully they break in
Finally I can relate to a vid
Hi best football tips
Unisport! I hope this gets acknowledged by whoever runs the channel or in general anyone over there. I came from the 5 signs you can be a pro video and just have a quick question: If I can't afford/don't have proper footballing equipment like boots, shin pads, etc. will a football school/academy provide the equipment for me? Or would I have to first get the equipment before I can start training? This question is also open to anyone else if someone has answers.
They usually do but for a price, lots of academies are not free. If they are free, chances are they won't be providing any equipment besides mandatory uniforms or maybe some gear. I've never heard of academies providing shin guards or cleats just fyi.
I have the problem Coutinho had where my heel as that bone that sticks out and adds pressure and friction in the boots. I even go a size down and still get heel blisters
Thank you alor bc i always get them😂
I've always played through the pain when i get blisters but i honestly regret it because of all the callus's I've gotten from them. not worth it looking back.

Haha, i literally just gotta a blister last night, first time wearing my boots hopefully I just gotta break them in 🤞
Hi. How would you do the runners loop on a boot without a standard tongue e.g. Mercurial Superfly or the X Crazyfast.1?

I think I've developed haglund's deformity on one of my heels 😞
Does anyone know how to treat it/if there is anything that can be done?
what me helped against deformity are vSocks gripsocks, it was a life changers
The only issue I have with grip socks is how hard it is to put a sock type boot on with how grippy the socks are on the cuff. Well annoying!
This is why i just use high cut cleats
Just use normal hypoallergenic tape ... that avoid the friction that causes the blister...
Thanks fourth
I’ve been getting heel blister probably the worst one to get tbh cause then u can’t play like u can with the foot blisters
Avez vous trouvez une solution, j'ai la même chose avec mes superfly
