What time was it that the pool was deserted?

I try to record earlier in the mornings so I am not recording other people so much. This was probably recorded sometime between 9am and 11am.

Definitely looks like a chill resort! Emily's mom has traveled to Aruba a bunch of times and has loved it! How do you like Aruba compared to the other tropical islands?

We really like Aruba. It is easy to get to from the east coast. It is also relatively safe. We rent a car and drive around the island. That is something you can't necessarily do on other Caribbean islands.

Awesome video. Can you use Surf Club amenities if you stay at Ocean Club?

Yes and no. Activities (games, crafts, kits activieids) are generally shared between the resorts. The Surf Club provides guests a wristband and use of the Surf Club lazy river requires wearing the band. SOmetime they enforce this and sometimes they don't. They did seem to be enforcing it during our stay. They probably won't say anything to you if one was just in the pools, but they seem to care more about use of the lazy river due to overcrowding. One can certainly go over to the pool bar & grill at the Surf Club and charge food back to your Ocean Club villa. They may also take issue with Surf Club guests using the Relaxation Pool at the Surf Club. That said, the main draw of the Surf Club is the lazy river and that is pretty much off limits to anyone except Surf Club guests. Thanks for watching!

Didn't you make a video of this a few weeks ago. I don't get it.

I didn't. Last week was a video from the Marriott Aruba Surf Club. That is a different resort located next door to the Ocean Club. Before that were videos from the Westin Resort & Spa Cancun as well as the Westin Lagunamar in Cancun.
The Aruba Surf Club and Aruba Ocean Club are both Marriott Vacation Club properties in Aruba side by side

Nice! Any video of the rooms?

Unfortunately I don't. We didn't stay there as we were staying at the Aruba Surf Club next door. So I just have a resort tour. I have seen some other videos on TH-cam showing the rooms. Thanks for watching.

When did you go? When I am there nearly ALL the lounge chairs had towels on them

These people get up early in the morning and claim their spot. It should be first come first serve.

We were there in mid June but I did the tour around 9am. My comment was somewhat in comparison to the Surf Club where all of the pool chairs were grabbed and tagged very early. Thanks for watching!

But they shouldn't be able to leave the chair unattended for hours until they decide to mosey on down around lunch time. That happens a lot at many timeshare resorts. These are often referred to as chair hogs... Thanks for watching!
