I realize my best approaches were when I was willing to fully reveal myself to the girl, no bs. My intention is like 'I'm a stranger and I'm willing to tell you everything about myself to you in this moment I'm not holding back anything and I have the intention to get to know you, now lets see if we vibe'. This creates a vibe of vulnerability which creates trust also you become grounded since you are willing to get to know her so your intention is to stay in the interaction and you are not hiding anything so you are calm and open. I noticed that the girl also reciprocates the same way and we are both fueling the conversation. By the way I think using the word intention is more powerful than the word mindset. I think having the intention prepares you to get propelled forward whereas mindset gets conceptual knowledge hanging in the mind and not actually putting it into application but its a good start though. Also I noticed that when an intention is set your being follows it and makes it happen for you somehow in an effortless manner.

looking into someone's eyes can reduce stress and anxiety i tried it when i was nervous talking to a girl and in a few seconds of looking into her eyes i melted and went into flow state

Is there anything about you for the women to be curious? life journey, interest about life, art, literature, or else that interesting!? That shifts the way you move through the world, and you will be interesting and all will be curious about you.
If you're curious about her she'll be curious about you. Whatever subject you talk about does not matter its all about the intention and the energy of curiosity you put out. Remember they communicate trough emotions/feeling not logic.
