When characters are defeated, captured, executed or killed in battle etc; do they get their unique dialogue like in DW7E, or was that cut like in DW8E?
I wouldn't really know. This is just the demo. The most we've gotten is a unique in-battle cutscene for when we capture an officer. Don't know how it triggers, it might only trigger with unique officers or created ones and not with generics. Don't know about unique dialogue in particular as the demo seems to be rather basic since the Invasion and Defense battles are tutorial battles. We'll just have to wait and see when the game comes out.
Seeing the characters and everything they've announced makes me want the game so much more. Too bad there's be no way for me to get it. Looks like the two of us will have to do some parsec-ing, right?
What Xbox model were you playing this on? Also, not to nitpick, but when watching your video, it doesn't appear that it's in 60 fps. Looks like 30 across the board. Not sure what capture device or settings you use, but yeah.
I'm playing on the Original Xbox One, so that's probably why it looks like 30 despite OBS and my capture card capturing it in 60. Along with rendering with it in 60fps
@XthemastaX There is an option, but I haven't messed with it. Not sure how much it would do just from how fucked my Xbox One is and my TV not even supporting 1080p apparently. Only 1080i
From what's been said, battles will be primarily siege battles on both Invasions and Defensive Battles. In strolling mode, there's chances of field encounters and quests are set to make a return for 9E. Other than that, it's pretty much only siege battles.
@@JustNoca hmmmm that don't sound good hopefully they got hundreds of different maps for the battles cause it get boring is its the same lay out every time
Since this is still a Japan-Only release still, you would have to find it on the Japanese Marketplace. I put in the description on how to get that same JP Version in English

Ahh I see. Did the game ever give you any option for fidelity or performance on that console?
