Great house! Totally love Tarek & Christina. Sweet Taylor is absorbing her parents' talent, creativity & skill through osmosis.
Easily one of my favourite flips. Love the living area, dining and kitchen. Not too crazy about the bathroom wallpaper tho.
I also enjoyed this episode. I just love you guys together doing your thing on these houses. You really worked so good together. The kids are amazing and growing like weeds...Stop feeding them LOL they are so Beautiful and well behaved kids.

Light like the exterior 60s colours that go grey brown
Outside is nice but kitchen tiles are too much. It would have been nice if they kept the blue bathroom sink and tub, and designed around that. I think I figured out why Christina wears sunglasses sometimes while filming, after tanning her eyes probably look weird.

Have they ever considered vintage light fixtures with rewiring?
That's what I would have done, but I've almost always bought pre-owned light fixtures, which they don't do. I'd much rather buy a $20-$40 light fixture from a thrift stores or Marketplace, then to spend $600 on a new one.
