Power metal in general is pretty stale to me, but for some reason, power metal by Lovebites is my favourite genre, mainly because they mix it with a lot of thrash elements and with Asami’s voice to wrap up the whole package 🤘🏻🐺
I never really liked Power Metal. Luca Turilli was decent to me. Lovebites to me isn't true Power Metal. They're enhanced Power Metal, infused with Speed, Thrash, and Heavy Metal.
As a bass player, have you checked out Fami's bass cover of a song called Alien Alien? It will blow your mind! She did it twice. Go for the older one! (She's wearing a maskbecaus`e of Covid. She was 17 in that video! Love your new hair color
I'd heard the song several times in the car already, but I hadn't seen the video yet. They all look fantastic, and Haruna's drum build right before the guitar solos is the cherry on top. You wouldn't believe they're in a metal band? I dunno... there's so many all women metal bands out of Japan right now, it's almost safer to assume that if you meet a Japanese woman, you should ask her which band she's in.

It features 7 live versions of songs from the „Judgement Day“ album including „Soldier stands solitarily“. And of course also the pre-releases „Rising“ and „We are the resurrection“, which was the opening track for this show.

Essentially, I want to say, that there's the second OMV on TH-cam tomorrow. Love this song. The chorus has a very catchy hook. They are just so good at writing great songs.
