In my country there is a brand called Ihunt, and YES, they are allowed to rebrand their phone. Their flagship this year is a rebranded Ulefone Armor 18T. They've started plenty of years ago with readjusting the GSM band frequency of those chines phones to the frequency of the Europe mobile network providers. Nowaday they just install a customized Android version and replace all the stickers of the smartphone
This is crazy. There must be some kind of agreement if they’re that brazen and open with it. Maybe they’re simply buying them , slapping their labels on them, and reselling them at a markup. Their customers probably think the Doogee and Ulefones are the knockoffs. I wouldn’t be surprised if doogee and Ulefone actually ran those companies as a way to make more money from ignorant consumers by selling the same product under a different name.
Make a video for us about the company that has the most powerful phone in terms of sturdiness please? I mean the strongest phone in terms of durability The extent of its resistance to water, breakage, etc
It’s like the case of the “Pablo Escobar” phone, as in where they take other companies property rebrand it, and then claim it as their own!
I think there's a manufacturer which makes generic phones then slaps brand on it which ever brand orders from them.
I'm replying to my own comment. Not only on the phone do they do that. They also do it to some vehicles.
I got the v20pro from Doogee and the protective film on it says something about being explosion proof
Sometimes i think some Chryslers look like Dodges and GMs look like GMC's. Then there's Ford and Lincoln.
These rip-off companies probably buy original phones, just slap on their own logos, and try to sell them at double the price to make a profit.
KVD International Group who owns Doogee amongst other companies, is one of the largest OEM/ODM manufacturers in the world when it comes to telecommunications, televisions etc etc etc.... So if Doogee designs appear with other brands on them, it makes good sense as that's how these companies grow, just take a look at Xiaomi (they own multiple subbrands) BKK Electronics Company, who owns Oppo, OnePlus, Vivo etc etc etc... There are many such companies worldwide, manufacturing electronic devices, cars, etc etc....
Doogee, Ulefone and AGM for example makes its smartphones in many different factories, hence the difference in quality even on the same model. I guess some of these factories are aloud to rebrand as a way of payment. Or, for diversity, the parent companies allow local companies to rebrand as it would give the impression of a local-ish product. iHunt is an another such "brand name"
Sounds and looks like a rebrand to me but who knows when China is involved?
