I've been a customer of Nicky Lazou, she's so lovely and kind. Very welcoming, and gives so much free advice about how to improve your hair. When my hair didn't go the way I wanted, she called me back and fixed it straight away. She is super kind, sweet and a professional soul, I can't believe people keep coming at her like this.
She does seem utterly adorable and good on her for doing what she clearly has a gift for bless her, wish her all the best. Ugh its utterly disgusting I'd say they're jealous of her actual talent when likely those going at her have zero
For months she's being saying that it was "red" and I kept thinking, maybe I can't see what she sees through youtube, instagram, her blogg.... Now I know that what she was actually doing, was building her own narrative.
You made a mistake and now it is time to come clean about the truth. You are wrong about the hair coloring. Maybe you need more education on coloring hair. You should not of been working if you were 9 months along and could not do a good job and you were stressed because of your condition. She was/is so arrogant and my mum thankfully did not hear as she was a bit deaf, but had she, she would of told her to get stuffed!

I unfollowed Lydia about a year ago after the video she made “apologizing” for her followers taking what she said the wrong way. She attacked followers in her comments and showed me that she completely lacks humility and the desire to learn from her mistakes. Also, The way she talks to her husband with so much disrespect always rubbed me the wrong way. When people started commenting on that they both stopped keeping those clips in their videos. I feel like she is extremely materialistic as well and even through this pandemic would shop and do hauls every week, it got to be sickening to watch. There is so much more meaning and importance in the life other than shopping and materialism. I would rather follow people who are relatable, real, and want to give something good to the world.

Just in the delivery of information between the 2 separate people, we can see what really happened. Also (if you can find a spare minute) read and arm yourself with legal knowledge on your rights and your business rights re slander. "SLANDER - the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation." This would also cover slander to your business and any loss of income incurred from the slander. In the UK this is considered a CIVIL WRONG and if proven, the person committing slander can be told to pay you damages. Once you have armed yourself with the legal information, it can also become a tool to stop a person in their tracks as you can warn them that legal action might be taken against them if they don't stop putting false information re you and your company out into the world. When Lydia posted on her channel that she did a personality test amd her results were she was an introvert I laugh so hard.. she also said this perfectly explains the reason why she doesn't have any friends .. Having watched your video I am absolutely shocked that Lydia Millen has played her subscribers and made out like she was a victim of kidnap and abuse. I thought she was locked in your home and was being abused but to find out she came over to your home to have her hair done and you were heavily pregnant she was at no risk. The sheer number of people that have given their accounts of meeting Lydia professionally or through friends (with details and receipts) can attest to how unlikeable Lydia is - hence why she has zero friends outside of Carrie. I am proud of Nicky for standing her ground and sharing her story so Lydia could no longer gaslight her mindless followers. Meanwhile, the amount of time she and Carrie spend deleting comments across her social accounts is mind-boggling. Hence why people share their stories on forums and third-party "gossip" sites. Lydia is desperate to control the narrative and loses her daft little mind when she can't. This situation with Nicky was predictable. Lydia Millen simply can't help herself.

I always considered Lydia a snob and deep down she is a frustrated person. She thinks that because she has reached a certain level of life that she can act incorrectly with other people. It reminds me of the new rich who, when they come with some money in their pockets, they think they own the world. However, she lacks the essentials ... education, humility and common sense. People who are born in cradles of gold are discreet, humble people and do not “rub” what is on other people's faces. She does everything to have a life of luxury. The house, she is always changing the painting, the furniture ... I think she doesn't even know what she really wants. Lydia is a control freak. When you listen to her, she tells Ali he can't have certain things because it's not aesthetically pleasing to her, it doesn't matter that it makes him happy because it's all about her and her image. I knew from past things I've read about her that she is spoiled and she likes to play out that she didn't come from money, but she did. Interesting bc Tamara Kalinic says the same thing! She got a super sought-after hair dresser and the results immediately after were not what she had hoped for but he told her it takes a number of washes and time to get to the brilliant results she is after. She said it was true that each time she washes the results come out even more brilliant just like her hairdresser said ti would! It seems Nicky does the same procedure the most highly sought after fashion hair stylists in Paris are doing!

Lydia is and has always been an insecure narcissistic. Now she's into "Status" stuff (Hermes, for example) and she is uncomfortable with herself. She's promoting how "honest and transparent) she is just in the last few weeks, example her breast surgery. However she is having her dressing room repainted, her husband's office repainted, the crown molding in the living room repainted and whatever else. I find when she laughs, often she is more nervous than anything. Now everything has to be green. And I keep thinking, Lord, how soon will she change her mind on that. Are pale green nails attractive? And the other thing is she always days "WE" want this change, we want a black living room etc. Ali seems so down to earth. I can't believe he lies awake at night worried about paint chips! I'd heard she had bullied a hairdresser, but didn't know many details. This young mother seems very heartfelt and absolutely should speak out. Lydias copied my aunts kitchen. When my aunt got her kitchen done a few months later I noticed Lydia had the exact same colour drawers, the same lights, the same island. Everything is the same. Anyway I just thought ahh maybe they had the same company. Only last week I was speaking to my aunt and said do you watch Lydia because she’s got similar taste to you? Wow, I'm just seeing this. I had unsubscribed from LEM after watching her for only about 2 years because something became off and unappealing about her and her videos. I loved her taste and aesthetic though so recently resubbed. I purchased items from her line on Karen Millen just recently. I really do think she is talented style wise but I can't support anyone who behaves this way and doesn't make right after they are clearly wrong.
I felt that it was important that I make a video on my channel on why I no longer follow Lydia because I was a huge super fan. I was in her comments, I made videos about how much I loved her. I’m not seeing much consequences to what she did where I feel there should be, so, I’ll do my part to get the word out. My channel in tiny, don’t know if it’ll make a difference, but I have to at least say my piece. I’d love for people to show their support, watch my video and hopefully more people talk about it and make their own videos, maybe brands will listen.

This is so sad From vlogs over the years with lydia in london salons is very intense to watch! She retrains herself quite alot from physically taking over from the stylists and urgency to wash and style to your own liking( I'd never let anyone near my brows and yes I'm a *CONTROL FREAK*) But don't pretend to not having emotional outburst etc...very disappointed

Pick up a book and read or pick up a free online course to do and stay off TH-cam as much as you can... I'm guilty of spending some time on it myself but do so only after I've done everything else and even then seems like a waste of time.

I was super fan of Lydia but a month ago or so I wrote a comment on one of her reels -with all my esteem and good manners- telling her that I thought that she was so elegant but showing every day her lingerie on her reels wasn’t as elegant as I thought she was. In response she acused me of being bullying her and she decided to create a story encouraging her followers to bully me (which they did A LOT!) and after seein how bad the thing was going on she did another story saying that she was enjoying a lot how hot the conversation had become... I got so shocked for her behaviour and so disappointed cause I really loved her channel. 😔

I don’t know which version of the reported incident is true or false, because I wasn’t actually there. In my view, there are two ways to play this: 1. You can use her own methods against her & take it a step further. That is, consult you lawyer/solicitor. That sounds to me like libel, slander & defamation! Do. Not. Accept. It. 2. Be the bigger person (therefore classier) & not stoop to her levels! The internet can be used positively &/or negatively. Have you not spoke to the Influencer in person once you had your child and were settled to not induce further distress? I say I Influencer as you say in your video you are not mentioning any names although all these comments are certainly mentioning names! You also said on the previous video regarding the same issue that you had to run up a d down stairs to get a larger mirror but in this video you say your mother was visiting why would you not ask her to retrieve a larger mirror. Would it not have been simpler to have the mirrors in the same room where your hair clients are? I know we are in a pandemic and many people are out if work and sine gave lost their jobs my husband included in this but working until you are about to go into labour is highly dangerous for yourself and your clients as you said you were due in a few days time? Whether the other person spoke about this in their platforms or not this is a matter to be dealt with privately as the issues just go back and forth and hurt yourself, the influencer and everyone else that watches the videos and reads these comments. There is talk if bullying in these videos but I believe most if the comments received are an absolute disgrace whether I personally follow the influencer you are discussing or any others.

I've been a customer of Nicky Lazou, she's so lovely and kind. Very welcoming, and gives so much free advice about how to improve your hair. When my hair didn't go the way I wanted, she called me back and fixed it straight away. She is super kind, sweet and a professional soul, I can't believe people keep coming at her like this.

She was/is so arrogant and my mum thankfully did not hear as she was a bit deaf, but had she, she would of told her to get stuffed!

I unfollowed Lydia about a year ago after the video she made “apologizing” for her followers taking what she said the wrong way. She attacked followers in her comments and showed me that she completely lacks humility and the desire to learn from her mistakes. Also, The way she talks to her husband with so much disrespect always rubbed me the wrong way. When people started commenting on that they both stopped keeping those clips in their videos. I feel like she is extremely materialistic as well and even through this pandemic would shop and do hauls every week, it got to be sickening to watch. There is so much more meaning and importance in the life other than shopping and materialism. I would rather follow people who are relatable, real, and want to give something good to the world.

Well done Rebecca. It takes a lot of energy to stand up for yourself and you also have other things going on in your own life (new baby) that need time and energy too. Just in the delivery of information between the 2 separate people, we can see what really happened. Also (if you can find a spare minute) read and arm yourself with legal knowledge on your rights and your business rights re slander. "SLANDER - the action or crime of making a false spoken statement damaging to a person's reputation." This would also cover slander to your business and any loss of income incurred from the slander. In the UK this is considered a CIVIL WRONG and if proven, the person committing slander can be told to pay you damages. Once you have armed yourself with the legal information, it can also become a tool to stop a person in their tracks as you can warn them that legal action might be taken against them if they don't stop putting false information re you and your company out into the world. When Lydia posted on her channel that she did a personality test amd her results were she was an introvert I laugh so hard.. she also said this perfectly explains the reason why she doesn't have any friends .. Having watched your video I am absolutely shocked that Lydia Millen has played her subscribers and made out like she was a victim of kidnap and abuse. Lydia Millen is a monstrocity. Everyone pretty much knows this. I unsubscribed from her ages ago. She's a very vapid, unhappy, and vile woman. The sheer number of people that have given their accounts of meeting Lydia professionally or through friends (with details and receipts) can attest to how unlikeable Lydia is - hence why she has zero friends outside of Carrie.
I am proud of Nicky for standing her ground and sharing her story so Lydia could no longer gaslight her mindless followers. Meanwhile, the amount of time she and Carrie spend deleting comments across her social accounts is mind-boggling. Hence why people share their stories on forums and third-party "gossip" sites. Lydia is a control freak. When you listen to her, she tells Ali he can't have certain things because it's not aesthetically pleasing to her, it doesn't matter that it makes him happy because it's all about her and her image. I knew from past things I've read about her that she is spoiled and she likes to play out that she didn't come from money, but she did. She didn't get along with her mom for years and had to live with her Grandparents because her mom wouldn't allow her behavior. She does moan a lot about how tired she is which is nauseating. She got a super sought-after hair dresser and the results immediately after were not what she had hoped for but he told her it takes a number of washes and time to get to the brilliant results she is after. I’ve just unfollowed her ! I’ve been following her for such a long time. But I went off her a while ago when she lost her cat. I lost my cat at the time and was devastated but someone had recommended me something that could help. And I messaged her to help. NO ANSWER message ALI and he Reply’s. I feel for him a lot. Lydia is and has always been an insecure narcissistic. Now she's into "Status" stuff (Hermes, for example) and she is uncomfortable with herself. She's promoting how "honest and transparent) she is just in the last few weeks, example her breast surgery. However she is having her dressing room repainted, her husband's office repainted, the crown molding in the living room repainted and whatever else. I find when she laughs, often she is more nervous than anything. Now everything has to be green. And I keep thinking, Lord, how soon will she change her mind on that. Are pale green nails attractive? And the other thing is she always days "WE" want this change, we want a black living room etc. Ali seems so down to earth. I can't believe he lies awake at night worried about paint chips! I'd heard she had bullied a hairdresser, but didn't know many details. This young mother seems very heartfelt and absolutely should speak out. Lydias copied my aunts kitchen. When my aunt got her kitchen done a few months later I noticed Lydia had the exact same colour drawers, the same lights, the same island. Everything is the same. Anyway I just thought ahh maybe they had the same company. Only last week I was speaking to my aunt and said do you watch Lydia because she’s got similar taste to you? She has the same wardrobe mirrors, same kitchen. My aunt said to me that Lydia messaged my her on insta and asked her for all her kitchen details. I was shocked.

Wow, I'm just seeing this. I had unsubscribed from LEM after watching her for only about 2 years because something became off and unappealing about her and her videos. I loved her taste and aesthetic though so recently resubbed. I purchased items from her line on Karen Millen just recently. I really do think she is talented style wise but I can't support anyone who behaves this way and doesn't make right after they are clearly wrong.
I felt that it was important that I make a video on my channel on why I no longer follow Lydia because I was a huge super fan. I was in her comments, I made videos about how much I loved her. I’m not seeing much consequences to what she did where I feel there should be, so, I’ll do my part to get the word out. My channel in tiny, don’t know if it’ll make a difference, but I have to at least say my piece. I’d love for people to show their support, watch my video and hopefully more people talk about it and make their own videos, maybe brands will listen.

I was super fan of Lydia but a month ago or so I wrote a comment on one of her reels -with all my esteem and good manners- telling her that I thought that she was so elegant but showing every day her lingerie on her reels wasn’t as elegant as I thought she was. In response she acused me of being bullying her and she decided to create a story encouraging her followers to bully me (which they did A LOT!) and after seein how bad the thing was going on she did another story saying that she was enjoying a lot how hot the conversation had become... I am a subscriber of this former client of yours. I recognize that there is a level of shallowness, but I still like her content 🤷🏽♀️! You’ve said that you’ve been bullied & slandered by her. I don’t know which version of the reported incident is true or false, because I wasn’t actually there. In my view, there are two ways to play this:
1. You can use her own methods against her & take it a step further. That is, consult you lawyer/solicitor. That sounds to me like libel, slander & defamation! Do. Not. Accept. It.
2. Be the bigger person (therefore classier) & not stoop to her levels! The internet can be used positively &/or negatively. Sure you’ll lose clients, but you’ll gain new ones as well with this FREE advertising. The internet has an infinite memory. Be the one to display graciousness. Have you not spoke to the Influencer in person once you had your child and were settled to not induce further distress? I say I Influencer as you say in your video you are not mentioning any names although all these comments are certainly mentioning names! You also said on the previous video regarding the same issue that you had to run up a d down stairs to get a larger mirror but in this video you say your mother was visiting why would you not ask her to retrieve a larger mirror. Would it not have been simpler to have the mirrors in the same room where your hair clients are? I know we are in a pandemic and many people are out if work and sine gave lost their jobs my husband included in this but working until you are about to go into labour is highly dangerous for yourself and your clients as you said you were due in a few days time?
