Nice. Thanks. I would just have chosen a Hexagon shape and rotate it, instead of recreating it....? And then just give it a line (outside border).
Or is there a specific reason you recreated it from scratch?
Yes, the hexagon shape which is available in PowerPoint is NOT perfect, their sides are of different length. As a test, create a hexagon using my method and then overlap it with Powerpoint default hexagon shape, you will notice the difference.
Also, to make the hexagon corners slightly rounded we have to significantly increase its outline width, else there is no way to make it perfectly rounded.
