    This time around I wanted to create an anime style look with a photograph I took while walking around. It is quite easy to complete these edits, it doesn't take very long and you can actually use almost any editing software to create the same thing. This time around though we will be using Adobe Lightroom for our anime style edit.
    With these tutorials I hope people will be able to create their own anime backgrounds or anime wallpapers without worrying too much about paying others. That is why I make these tutorials, for people to be able to make their own way. Hopefully the anime practice files also helps people.
    I'm here to sell you an idea, the idea that photography is an art form which doesn't require the latest camera gear. I believe the most important aspect of photography is the person behind the camera learning to manipulate the light to take nice photos. It upsets me to see that the majority of photographic content revolves around getting people to buy the latest camera or lens, instead of actually making photographs.
    I'm a street photographer in Seoul, South Korea.
    서울 대한민국의 사진 작가입니다. 서울사진가.
    All the content is free. No sponsors, No ads for e-books, presets, gear, or workshops.
    모든 컨텐츠가 무료. 책장비, 작업장, 프리셋 광고 없음
    My photography videos are mostly about street photography, cyberpunk photography, and night photography in Seoul, South Korea.
    내 비디오는 한국에서의 사진과 나의 삶에 관한 것이다. 사진찍기좋은곳.

    Have you watched Mardock Scramble? I'll be honest, I don't remember much of the story, but I remember that looks like it has some kind of rainbow colored filter over every scene of the anime. I like how different this effect affects night and day scenes. But something like this on a photography, would probably be more on the realm of Photoshop.

    To be honest, I am of a pre Anime time era and had to look up what the whole idea about that type of editing is, but after watching some video's from other YTérs (cartoon) I get the idea.
    Now I am more drawn to your Post Apocalyptic, Blade Runner kinda editing but this simple manipulation gives you a great effect.
    Keep it simple, that is my motto too, and that is why I don't understand those "Photoshoppers" on YT spending hours to do a 5 minut job with better results.
    I have 20 years of editing experience under my belt and 18 of which with LR and Photoshop, but I do most of the stuff manually and don't use any plugins, luts or the like (except 3th party denoise and sharpening tools cause LR sux in that matter and PS is not so much better).
    For my normal shots I switched to Capture One years ago, cause that is LR on Steroids, but for this work, LR is great !
    Keep them coming !!
    I am waiting for a dry and clear evening/night this week to do the light art photography walk in Amsterdam but last week was so bad (wet) , I almost planned to build an Ark of Noah !! ;-)

      I started doing these types of photos in the daytime because I've always liked a more fantastical approach to photography. I am sure you can get some nice shots over in Amsterdam as well, every city has its own charm.
      But yeah, kinda annoying how people make tutorials a good 15-20 minutes long but really only should take a few minutes or sometimes even just seconds.

    • @RS-Amsterdam
      @RS-Amsterdam 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Noealz It's starts with how hard it was to take the shot, then bragging about their shooting experience cause doomed the one who says the shot is not good, then pixel peep their image that will probably never ever been seen again let alone be printed and meanwhile try to sell LUTS, actions, gear and other BS, we don't need. hehehehe

    Do you do composite images or any kind of heavy manipulation at all?

    • @Noealz
      @Noealz  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I usually just use lightroom - I only did composites when I used to do many landscape photos but i dont do composites for my street stuff
